“Stopped in to see about options for my storage needs and was well taken care of. I had lots of questions about security, access, and options. Stephanie answered all my questions and showed me a couple units. Getting everything set up was pretty quick and easy. Stephanie went over everything with me very thoroughly. Only thing I would suggest is a blueprint of storage sizes hanging somewhere in the office. Overall I'm happy with my service.”

“I was having issues with being double charged and after months of calling and trying to get it figured out and get my refund for the double charges David was great and finally got it all sorted out and handled for me I’m just waiting on my refund which should be here any day”

“The manager is great! The facility is always clean and secure. Never had an issues with pests or security. The down side is that there never seemed to be any carts around to help with the heavy items. The rate increase was pretty standard and I was there for about a year and half before it got the point where I had to move out because of the cost.”
