The first day, I came to pick up the car right before they close but it still wasn’t done and I saw a woman vacuuming an suv while smoking a cigarette inside it. He said he could leave it in his garage with the heaters on overnight so it didn’t mildew since it was still so wet. When I picked it up and took it home the next day, there are multiple spots where he didn’t get it all or a couple spots he just didn’t touch at all. He charged me extra for the condition on the interior of the car but then didn’t get it all. Overall very disappointing experience. He said there was a $10 fee and taxes if you pay with a card so it would be best to pay in cash. I paid in cash but didn’t get a receipt so there isn’t even proof I ever went to him and he’s making money under the table. Will not be back, 10/10 would NOT recommend.Services: Interior vacuuming

A previous reviewer had said that he did not return his phone calls. And the owner replied that all he had to do was leave a message. I have called him three times and left three messages and have not heard back.NOTE--Ron did call me back after 3 or 4 days. I actually had scheduled with someone else to have the car detailed in the meantime. However that location was several miles away and I live very close to Ron's establishment. So I canceled the other appointment and scheduled with Ron. I can say that it was a very good experience. He was very cordial, as was his wife, who works in the office. I dropped the car off the night before and he worked on it the next day. I have changed my rating from one star to five stars based upon the job that he did. It was my wife's car and she was delighted and I was also pleased with the job that they did. The price was competitive and the job was done on time, as we picked it up the next afternoon. I would recommend Ron's car detail.

My fault. I reviewed the wrong place I wasn't paying attention. I'm sure your detail shop does amazing work. Guess now I have to come find out.
