My Fiancé and I haven't even had our event with RollHouse yet, and we are so excited and impressed! Maggie DeNoon was so quick to respond in planning our rehearsal dinner, and so accommodating. We even had to reschedule due to a mishap with our venue; Maggie helped us no problem and was so kind. We are so excited to have our rehearsal dinner with RollHouse!

Used to come here all the time when it was Fairfield lanes & didn't have an issue. Visited today & had a pretty bad experience overall. The lane continually needed to be reset/maintenanced to the point where our scores didn't match up, or pins were missing when switching turns. One of our players got cut off from finishing his last frame (despite paying for games, not a set amount of time) & the staff were all pretty rude the multiple times we had to ask for assistance. They eventually moved us to a new lane & the 2nd lane had the exact same issues. This was just during open bowling, but it would never fly during league bowling.

If you're looking for a bowling alley with a unique vibe and fantastic service, RollHouse is the place to be. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The bartenders were incredible and probably my favorite part of the night! These ladies were burning up from the heat but managed to turn that unpleasant experience for them into some funny banter. The food was a pleasant surprise. The nachos and deep-fried pickles were absolutely delicious and more than enough to satisfy our appetites. The portions were generous and we had enough leftover to fill to-go boxes. Even though I'm not a frequent bowler, RollHouse made the experience so enjoyable that I might just start making it a regular thing. The combination of great food, attentive service, and a fun atmosphere made for a memorable night out.

You paid by the hour and waste time with the lanes getting reset over and over again. Happened about 12 times in 2 hours where we had to get the front desk involved.

First time we have been there. The guy at the front desk was nice as well as very informational in the upcoming leagues. The speakers that were playing music were the ones out over the lanes (not some little speakers back in the general area to quiet to hear if your in the bowlers section), which for soneone like me who uses it to concentrate, is awesome. I won't have to wear ear buds and worry people think im rude if i dont respond to something they dont realize i didn't hear, lol. We were told the lanes were new synthetic lanes only a month old. I can say they bowled nicely for the 2 games we played. But I'll get to further test that as we joined one of their leagues before we left. My dad and I both very much liked this bowling alley, and if the league goes as well, we will be long-time bowlers there.
As for negatives, the only thing that might be....the lanes have colored lights flashing down them. It was a little distracting but seemed easy enough to get used to.

Went in to play league the lane swiped the 10 pin about 20 times then they move us lanes just for me to step in a puddle of water which then I can’t even bowl correctly the rest of the night. Complete waste of time and money!! Puddles of liquid should be cleaned up prior to LEAGUE.

I visited for a kids party. It was mid afternoon on a Saturday and it wasn't very crowded. The service was good. The kids seemed to be enjoying themselves. The place was clean.
