Went in today to purchase new rims the guy who was working was the worst ever to attend to customers. We are previous customers and it was a shame to be treated the way we was treated. Asked for a set of rims that we seen online he stated he couldn’t order on Saturday ok fine should we come back Monday and then it was well probably can’t even get them. Also stated well and if you can get them will need three payments ahead I said money not a problem we really like these rims. He then just acted like he wasn’t interested in a sale. He was also fast to send us to another store which obviously didn’t want to go somewhere else. Guy was tall skinny with tattoos all over straight 0/10 customer service. He thought because husband was in work clothes could afford maybe shouldn’t judge a book by cover just saying. That man needs to re learn customer service. This was in Fairfield

Want to give a shout out to the Rimtyme staff. They looked out for me big time. Was looking at a particular rim and once they realized it wouldn't fit because of my dinosaur calipers, they went out of their way to make sure they found a rim that not only fit but also looks great. I'll definitely be recommending everyone to them. Most definitely a 5 star experience. Appreciate it big time

Seeing the advertisements online I figured I would inquire for some new rims and tires for my 2021 silveraldo trailboss. I stopped up there, filled out an application. They told me they would contact me and let me know. A week later there wasn't any calls from them so I decided to call them and inquire about the application. They informed me it was approved. They informed me that they no longer can get fuel rims and gave me a list of 5 brands that they can get. I stop up there because I was having trouble finding finding anything in them brands that went to my truck. They showed me 1 brand which I didn't really like, all the other brands they could get websites were down. I gave them an idea of what I'm looking for and they said as soon as the websites come up that they would contact me. I haven't heard from them in 2 weeks now. I call up there today to go ahead and just get the tires, guy answered the phone sounded like he didn't want to be there, said I'm just a tech that he would have someone call me in roughly 15 min. That was 7 hours ago. I think I will take my buisness elsewhere, but this location seems to be unorganized and lack of communication and customer service skills. No telling how many potential customers they have lost because they are left wondering.

Very professional. Got me in the next day for an appointment when I called. I arrived early and they had me finish before my original appointment time. I will definitely be back next time I need anything.

Place has went down hill since Josh left customer service is terrible will never recommend this place again was told my buyout price was one thing on Monday when I called Wednesday to pay them off it was more was told he didn't figure it right than ran my card for more said there was a 3 percent charge for using a credit card this was all by your new manager and they would never email my receipt

Hu wish I could give a good review ? but every time my car has got service they have broke off a tire stem. Leaving now only two stems and lug nuts. With a hefty price tag of about 750 to get them replaced. Granted initially on the one tire there were 4 ... out of 5. But how do you break off a stem every time. When they broke off the 4th one I asked would I be ok to ride like that. They said you'll be fine . You just have to get it replaced. Now three weeks later I take it back because I thought I was loosing air. Not knowing weather effected my tires cause it's never been an issue before til now. So this second visit they broke off another stem .. saying it's not their fault but because I was driving with only the three.. Which was because of them. I wish I would have just got some used tires!!! This was not worth it at all. So disappointing ? now I have to put out even more money

It took awhile but overall I really like the results. Prices are great, needs to get a little more organized by keeping appointment times, and not losing telephone numbers
