I bought a catering truck from preferred auto. When we test drove it, we noticed the blower on the cooling unit wasn’t working. They assured me that it worked and wasn’t turning on because it was December and cold outside. I was told to contact them if it didn’t work properly and they would take care of it. Well, I am $3000 in on repairing the cooler. When I contacted them about the issue, I was told I bought the truck “as is” and they would not do anything about it. Dishonest!

While we didn't end up buying a car here, Chris was excellent. He was informative, allowed us to take our time, and when we decided it wasn't the car that we looking for, he never pressured us.

I came in here and looked at a 2015 Dodge charger. What can I Say. This has to be the best service I've had at a dealer ever. Chris helped me through the process and especially being my first time dealing with financing I had many questions. He guided me and answered all my questions every step of the way and I'm very thankful. The car runs great and everyone was very friendly and had great personalities. They went out of their way to make sure everything was great with the car. I am very appreciative for everything these guys did. Thanks

Had a great experience here purchasing a 2016 Subaru BRZ. Chris was very helpful, genuine, and honest. He ensured I had all the time and support I needed to be comfortable with the car before making a decision. The buying experience was easy and straightforward and they gave me a good deal on my trade in too. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!

Def not going to these guys again, learned my lesson. They forgot to tighten up the radiator line, which ended up overheating the motor, and causing alot of damage. But tried to turn it around on me, when they didn't do the job I paid them 5000$ to do. Ended up bandaiding it, and sent me on my way. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Bandaid didn't hold. I'm not in the habit of throwing away my money. Go somewhere else people, you've been warned.

Great place nice cars knew exactly what I wanted and the salesman Logan was great and very professional and got me into the car I wanted in no time didn’t have to wait around and got a good deal would highly recommend and the finance department was great too

Hi I just wanted to say. We went to look for a car for my grandson. We spoke with Logan. He is the nicest salesman I have meet. Logan and the owner Bobby is very easy to talk to. Not the typical salesperson. My grandson LOVES the car we bought him (Mitsubishi Lancer). After we left I had a couple questions which was probably about 830pm and I message Logan and I got a phone back within mins. I would recommend Preferred Used Cars and Leasing.

We recently purchased a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee from this car lot. We ended up having a small issue with the car. I instantly called our salesmen Logan wood and they took care of the problem no cost that same day! Logan and the owner bob are the most pleasant people and took extra measures to ensure we got the car we wanted- as many inconveniences we threw their way they helped us work through it. They stand by their word and refuse to sell anything less than quality. We drove this car to Alabama (13 hours) a week after purchasing and it was been an absolute dream.

We bought our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited from Preferred Used Cars and traded in our Jeep Patriot. I'll admit I was a little hesitant at first, as it is a little over 2 hours away. However, they did not hesitate to send high quality pictures and even a video of the entire vehicle. We worked with the owner, Robert, and I am beyond impressed with his professionalism. He runs a class-act family business with that “get to know you” personality and no pressure environment. He even went above and beyond to communicate after the transaction to ask us how we liked the vehicle. 10/10 would recommend, based on their friendliness, transparency and all around customer service.
