This has got to be the slowest pnc I’ve ever been to! I waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told the wire department was closed! If you would have had someone directing people to either a teller or banker instead of making everyone wait, maybe I would have gotten my information in on time! I worked at PNC 4 years ago and it definitely doesn’t take as long as the teller took to deposit/cash a check. Not only that but the woman working the drive through I guess knew the person in line and was practically yelling and acting very unprofessional!

Came here to pay my rent and was told to go to Fifth Third instead because the cash advance machine they have hasn't worked in a year.

Ive banked for 5 years with this bank, and every week seems to be harder and harder for me to even be able to get my cash out, either faced with attitude from new workers, or offered a cashiers check. What is the point of having a bank that can never give you your money

I love my bank!! I've never had any trouble with them like I have others and that's really nice. It's not a nice feeling not to be able to trust where you keep your money, cause believe me I've dealt with some stuff that you wouldn't think would happen once nevertheless twice. So thank you PNC for being a bank I can trust and also a great bank altogether!!

I usually have pretty decent experience at this branch. But today I e had to call 4 times for something I need assistance with, that I know they can do and have been passed along. Something common I. PNC are employees sending people to customer care for things they can do at the branch. Busy or not. What’s missing today is simple phone etiquette. When you need someone to hold you don’t first ask them what they need, then cut them off in mid sentence to tell them you are busy assisting other customers and placing them on hold without missing a beat, and from none other than their branch manager, Dawn. If you’re busy, or have a customer “in your face” you ask to place a customer on a brief hold. Don’t ask them what they need and cut them off. Why are there so many people in management with this company who seemed to have missed this simple step in customer care is beyond me. Hire better.
