Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable about what I needed their help with. The branch is clean & comfortable. Even thou what I had to do was complicated and time consuming they went out of their way to help me with it.

Not the most customer service oriented banking practices. I have watched my son go through 2 ordeals with this branch that I have never seen happen at any other bank. I personally have little use for a bank that cannot pick up the phone and make a call to clear up confusion.
