I compare all locations to my home gym in Colerain. This was just as nice. It was clean and well lit, has so many treadmills! including on the upper level in front of the windows and right below fans, which I like. I do like the way my gym orients the machines on the bottom level better though. Some machines are lined up somewhat awkwardly.

THIS PLANET FITNESS IS CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL THE 30TH. ONLY A SIGN POSTED ON THE DOOR. YOU SHOULD REFLECT THIS CLOSURE ON YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE SO PEOPLE DON'T WASTE TIME AND GAS DRIVING HERE.
When traveling from state to state I should not have to check each location's individual page to ensure that their posted hours are correct.
I drove an extra 30 minutes to hit this city to use your facility. A wasted 30 minutes of effort and gas money.
Do better.

Immature employees.
Lack compassion, wisdom, knowledge, common sense.
They, the employees should check their phones with their mother or father, before coming to work.
Also, the endless towel whipping that occurs at the front desk is just one of the issues. They may be 18, but their mental age is that of a middle school.
They will be the demise of this already falling business

Your Assistant manager "austin" really needs to learn some customer service! I guess he doesn't know how to speak to people correctly but being rude to customers isn't where it's at! Stop hiring 16 yr Olds and making them managers!

Austin the general manager addressed my concern with care and welcomed me back to the gym. I took him up on his offer and had a good time. I also was not following one of the rules and he approached me kindly and informed me of the policy and I was able to adjust accordingly. The staff here is a quality staff with a great leader.
