“The market that has everything for everyone! This is the place to go for when you need that one super specific item that no where else carries. They carry items from most countries but if you aren't sure you can call ahead and check with their employees. It's also especially great for curbing some covid wanderlust-blues. Though you can't travel you can take a mini vacation through the food aisles of Jungle Jims to escape. Love JJ's and come as often as I can. A true Cincinnati gem that would be a great addition to any city.”

They even mail me my perscriptions because i moved from ohio to florida....i may be there longest customer and there is a good reason for that, Tom and Wayne are by far the best pharmacists in the area.”

“I want to give a very well deserved, well earned shout out and sincere THANK YOU to the phenomenonal team that kindly spent a great deal of time helping me print photos, as I was not only in a rush, but in desperate need of major assistance!There were actually 4 great ladies that tried to help me, but with a store booming full of customers, unfortunately only 2 were able to commit. These lovely ladies absolutely went above and beyond the scope of their required duties. In fact, in one memorable moment, a kind woman named KAREN assured me with deep confidence "no, we WILL get this working!". She refused to give up!Aiding so kindly alongside her was this gorgeous young lady named MALEAH. Between the 2 ladies & their teamwork, they managed to "pull a rabbit out of a hat" by making a failing system actually work! I genuinely hope someone at corporate gets this message, as a huge pat on the back for supherb customer service is absolutely in order.PS) this is coming from not only a very loyal shopper, but also a person that works retail herself, so I understand both sides of the dynamic. From personal experience, I can say that I also go above and beyond w/ out notice, and in my typical world, I'm not usually repaid in "karma" with a helpful staff. So it was exceptionally pleasing, refreshing, & deeply appreciated to finally have that great courtesy extended back for a change :). So please, give these wonderful ladies the notice they so richly deserve ? Thank you again ladies for all you did!”

“UPDATE 1/24/24:Marked improvement in staffing levels and politeness of the employees. I went in today, stood in line about 10 minutes, and was still able to get a flu shot without an appointment. The brunette who administered my vaccination could not have been nicer!I hope they continue with this service since this is a VERY busy location!”

“Express script has been very helpful The pharmacist that your list Will not take Express script George's cvs and Walgreens are alot of! He pharmacy are closed So! this is a worry for me when I need a medication for a emergency”

“This is my favorite Kroger in the area. Except for 1 tech. I won't put his name out here. But he's so super slow, took me over 30 minutes 3 times to get my meds This is almost having me raesy to switch pharmaceutical companies, because Chris is a friend, but I can't deal with this waiting anymore”

“Ken at this store is the best. His sense of humor is dry but, wonderful. Those without a sense of humor might find him unresponsive or that he does not care about customer service but he gives the best service. I asked him to hold me some ornaments so I could come back on 12/26 and get them on sale. Husband and I went the next day to get them and Ken is a man of his word. He had me and my husband cracking up. My husband and I love this guy and have only visited the store 3 times and he is by far, along with another employee who looks like he should live in Malibu, CA surfing. Deidra is a complete delight as well and assisted me numerous times in finding things in the store. Have never met the Manger, but I love his crew in the store. Have never used the pharmacy so have no opinion there. I just know if you go when Ken, Blonde Surfer guy (Sorry didn't get his name) or Deidra is there you will get great customer service.”

“This pharmacy is the best. They provide service that you just won't get at the national chains. Service is friendly and fast. Shout out to Phil for filling all of my prescriptions for the month, and to JP for delivering them to me even though I live 30 miles away. I would give then ten stars if I could. They have a customer for life.”
