Bought a used Toyota RX back in August 2023 and had a great experience from the researching on their website all the way to driving off the lot. Worked with a great salesman who provided guidance and showed us where to test the suspension of the car since we walked away from another RX earlier in the month from a different dealership due to a suspension issue. This allowed us to feel confident in our purchase and have no issues buying the car (bought in cash, so cannot speak about the financing). There was a broken windshield wiper but that was replaced no charge to us and got a second set of keys as well!This was my first time buying any car and it was a great experience with wonderful staff. It has now been 4 months and there has not been any issues that have surfaced from the car. I highly encourage you to consider this dealership when purchasing a used Toyota product!

Just purchased a 2024 RAV4 and couldn't be happier. Great vehicle, rides smooth and it's beautiful. Our salesperson, Zach Munz made the buying experience wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, great person to spend time with. Made you really feel like you were part of a family and you felt he was trying get the best deal and options for you. Zach even came to our home to complete paperwork with my husband when he couldn't make it to the dealership. Will defiantly contact Zach the next time we are in the market to purchase a car!!!!

Absolutely the worst buying experience of my life.I have a list of things that went wrong from my first encounter with this dealer. Like scheduling a test drive only to find that no one was aware that it was scheduled and they had to go find the car. "Now which car did you want to drive?" is what I got - on TWO separate occasions.Unfortunately, this dealer ended up having the very car I wanted to buy so I went back hoping for a more positive experience. Nope. After 2 1/2 hours of painful upselling for added warranties, I finally left the dealership with my new Camry SE.After a couple months I decided to cancel a couple of the added warranties, so I called the dealer to coordinate this with financial manager who liked me so much when I bought the car. No response. I continued to call and email over the next two and a half weeks. The poor receptionist knew who I was but the financial manager never did call me back. Still hasn't. Bottom line - even though I paid retail for the car and bought all that extended stuff - the finance manger Ghosted me. Ghosted me! Eight calls and emails went unanswered!I escalated the issue and got a call from the Sales Manager who promised that customer service was their priority. She promised to speak to the Finance Manager, but I heard nothing back. So I called again a couple days later and then I got a response about how they are now changing policy so the finance managers have been told to call their customers back.Not satisfied, I finally reached out to the General Manager (only 3 times this go-round). HE has not returned my calls either! I promise, I have been very patient and professional about this issue but I have also been persistent in getting the attention of a dealership who has deliberately disregarded me. I did not plan to write this review . . until the General Manager also decided not to return my calls. I am having a hard time believing this really happened even as I write this review, but it did - it is just so bizarre.

I am so glad I found Performance Toyota! After searching Toyota dealers nationwide for the latest 2024 Sequoia, I traveled from another state to find the best deal and service I could find anywhere. Working with Jeffrey Rhoads on financing options was a very smooth process and went above and beyond to help with my out of state buying process. From the beginning of my car buying process, Tristan Van Hook was amazing to work with and was extremely knowledgeable with everything Toyota and the new Sequoia, can't thank them enough. Overall, my car buying experience was 5 out of 5 stars. I would strongly consider traveling out of state to Ohio to buy from Performance Toyota again.

This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought my car in July of 2022 and I am STILL dealing with the problems the dealership caused for me. The finance managers are terrible- they talk you into "amazing" deals with an "amazing" price tag and then end up charging you $8K more than the agreed upon price. I have been trying to cancel my warranty on my car since January 2023 and still have gotten NOWHERE. My calls are being dodged, my money is missing, and now it's been 10 months since I cancelled my warranty and NOBODY is helping me. I have asked to speak to a manager MULTIPLE times and have gotten nowhere. Also let’s bring up the fact that this car is 100% in my name with no other person attached.. can someone answer WHY my husbands contact information is the primary phone/email for my account? He isn’t even ON my loan. Not to mention I traded my vehicle in, got my plates transferred, was told it was "taken care of" by the dealership... but a few weeks ago I was pulled over because my vehicles plates didn't match my current vehicle. I LUCKILY got a warning but this place didn't even transfer my plates as promised. I look like I stole my car. Don't shop here, it is NOT worth the hassle.

Worst car shopping experience I've had in my life and i'm 63 bought 20 cars in my lifetime,Oct 3, 2023 in the morning I was ready to buy a toyota tacoma but had to ask for a salesperson and had to deal with the most unmotivated rude and uniformed young salesman i've ever dealt with . Do yourself and avoid performance toyota at all cost !

After a major repair at an out-of-town dealership, my car developed a small oil drip. When I took it to Performance, I was told that the drip was from a large amount of residual oil that had not been cleaned after the original repair and that I needed to take it to a carwash to have the underside cleaned. I contacted the dealership that did the original repairs. They asked me to return the car to them, which I did. After their service tech showed me that the underside of the car was clearly NOT covered in oil, he proceeded to locate a tiny leak in the oil pan seal. The oil pan and seal was replaced, and no more leaks! If the Performance service person had taken the time to actually check out my car, he would have found the REAL issue and repaired it instead of blaming another dealership with a bunch of BS. In addition, 3 voice mails and 2 emails to the service department concerning the issue were not returned as well. After 3 car purchases over the years, my relationship with Performance is over.

I purchased a certified used vehicle from Kevin Hall. I have never met such a personable, knowledgeable, and thorough salesman. Once the purchase paperwork was complete., Kevin sat in the car with me, explaining the car’s features and helping me set up my phone. Ask for a Kevin at Performance Toyota is you want a first class experience!

I walked in to Performance Toyota being promised quite a bit. Turns out it was all lies to get me on the floor. Not only was the pricing way different from what was indicated on the phone, they include a "non negotiable" BS security box fee. If you are stern enough this is negotiable fyi. They will try and take you out back and put you down with how bad their financing is. Before you come in get pre-approved but wait until the last minute to tell them for the best deal. They will also try and use the old tactic of "wearing you down" with multiple trips to talk to the finance individual. Either bring snacks or be very adamant that you are not going to wait all day. They are not negotiating and they know their bottom line as soon as you walk in the door. Unless this dealership has something you absolutely need you should take your business somewhere else. 1/10 experience.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership. Richard Withrow was incredible. He treated me with respect and was very helpful and honest through the entire process. Rachel Root was also very attentive and kind. When it was time to sign papers John Gonzalez explained each step clearly and was very friendly. When it was time to write the check for the down payment and we realized the checkbook didn’t have any checks he was kind enough to allow us to run home to get the other checkbook and come back….it was minutes before they were closing and he was kind enough to stay and wait for us. Everyone went above and beyond to make my car purchase an amazing experience!!!After a very negative experience with another dealership I was hesitant to even go to another but so happy I did. I can honestly say that everyone at Performance Toyota was incredible!!
