Good to talk over the phone, but not so welcoming if you go there. Even if this is Honda Authorized collision center, the work they are doing is not so great, Just Average. Please always go where your insurance recommends

Car repair was done well but lack of communication during the process was irritating. Front Desk staff is rude and unprofessional.

I've had to take my car here several times over the last few years and I've had a good experience every time. While I don't go to the dealerships since I've had bad experiences there, this collision center has been excellent.
