Hands down..the best customer service I’ve EVER had. Brent was AMAZING! After spending ALL day at a not so friendly dealership in Marysville..I show up at this dealership at 5:30 ( they close at 6 on a Saturday night) and I not only was welcomed with a warm smile AND my car pulling up with Brent in it…WOW!, but I also was met with an understanding of my situation with insurance settlements! Financing was a breeze and this car was offered to me 5000 less than that Marysville dealership! God led me to an amazing group of people who listened to my needs and met everything I NEEDED! If you are a buyer and wondering where to begin shopping for a used car I will tell you by personal experience you should definitely check this dealership out and more importantly make sure you ask for Brent! Honest, truthful and COMPASSIONATE… he makes ur car buying experience STRESS FREE!!! ❤️❤️

Was horrible. Had an appointment for 10am... Make a long story short, I left at 3:30pm. With nothing done to the Chevy Impala that I bought from there. The lady told me, its free of charge, well you know why because I didn't get the oil change I requested or any of the fluids looked at. How do you have an appointment but you tell me your squeezing me in.... Horrible customer service. They made me late picking my daughter up from school with no service....Never will return again. Michelle still never emailed me the warranty to the car....Smh.?

No issues with the network of Performance. I would recommend them to anyone in the area, good pleasant experiences from the few trips I made there, I will go back in the future

Purchased a used Odyssey from here some months ago, so far so good. Returned for a oil change and car wash. Staff was polite, up front and price reasonable.

Antonio (sales rep) and Dalton (finance) at Performance Honda in Fairfield were amazing.I cold-called dealership @ 4:30 PM on last day of month to see if they had the $50k Pilot Elite in the color combo we wanted. Got Antonio who ph'd back w/in 3-min saying it was in, he'd hold it if we could get there ASAP, and we could do the deal. Said we lived ~45 min away and traffic could affect arrival. We arrv'd at 5:30 and were out the door (including trade-in), deal completed, at 7. Every time he left the desk there was an explanation of why and when to expect him - each time coming back early. Constant communication was fabulous. No "hard sell" for extras and the deal was fair to all. We couldn't be happier.In contrast, ph'd Kings Honda at 10 AM same day but was told rep I'd dealt with for the month wasn't due in until 11 AM. Ph'd back @ 11:15 and left msg (said he wasn't in yet). Called back at 4 PM to see if the rep was in (didn't want to jump to conclusions as he could've had a persoanl issue stopping him from coming in) and was told 'yes', he'd been in since 11, was avail, and they could tfr me to him. I declined saying " I left him a msg 5hrs ago and he didn't return my call. If he was avail and wanted to sell a $50k car in an all-cash deal then he should've called me back. That's p@!s poor". That's why I ph'd, and bought at, Performance in Fairfield.

Went to test drive a Honda. Went to start it and the battery was dead, only visit. Had a nice selection of cars. We were in kind of a rush though.

Josh our sales person at Performance Honda was excellent. He help us identify a couple vehicles gave us the keys to inspect and drive. No pressure, just support to help us pick the best vehicle for our needs and budget. We could not be more pleased with the experience and the vehicle.

Took wife's car to the repair shop. They wanted a ridiculous amount of money for 2 new front axles. Took it to a small shop in Wyoming Ohio. The price for the axles was 1/2 the cost. Although we have been using dealers to repair our cars for years this was eye opening. We will absolutely use the small shops from this point forward.
