When I called the office to make a appointment I was told. We currently don't have a doctor but we might have one. What , you might have one. What a joke , so why even accept calls.

I needed an exam urgently due to debris in my upper eyelid. Dr. Hamilton and the clinical staff were able to get me in right away and took excellent care of me. Dr. Hamilton was kind, knowledgeable, and funny. I would recommend this office to anyone in need.

I enjoy coming to this location every year for my yearly eye exam. The staff is so heartwarming and welcoming. I can go in for an appointment and laugh and joke around like I am in there all the time. Dr. Hamilton puts forth the best care for his patients and doesn't make the exam seem like it is an exam. Been seeing him for 5+ years and won't ever change.

Steve was extremely helpful with helping me find the right lenses to go with my frames. Actually taught me a bit about the science behind it which made my decision easier. I’ve always had good experiences with the staff at this location & would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time visiting Pearl Vision's Jungle Jim's location. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy with the variety of glasses they had to choose from. I am a very satisfied customer and I will be back.

This location is a train wreck. Took my daughter to get an eye exam and glasses. There were 8 people in the store. 4 of them had no masks. 2 of those 4 didn't even have a mask with them and the other 2 had them down around their neck. An old lady came in and said oops I forgot my mask. Dr Hamilton said let me see if we can find you one then disappeared and nothing came of it. Took way too long to get helped to get her glasses ordered. The doctor was strange to say the least. The woman who started my daughter's eye exam was lovely, the bright spot in the process. I won't be going back to this location.

Very unprofessional, called my 35 year old a cheap middle aged woman! Said he didn’t give a s**t about her usage of contacts! This is how Pearl Vision wants to be represented? Rude and shameful! I will be filing a formal complaint with Pearl Vision and don’t expect any good reviews or any future visits!

The absolute WORST eye place I’ve been to in my years of wearing glasses. Staff VERY unorganized, there’s no communication. Here to pick up glasses, currently waiting 20 min later. Staff do not greet the customers. I will NEVER come back here!! They honestly suck as a whole team.
