We went out to check out the 2007 blue ford mustang, and when we got there, the guy gave us the keys and went back inside. We tried opening the trunk to see if it had been in a flood, and the key wouldn’t open it. Then we tried starting the car and it seemed like the key wasn’t even made for it. The same guy who gave us the keys came out with someone else and we explained what was going on. We sat out there for 15-20 minutes and nothing was working. Then we pointed out that the seat supports were rusted out, and one of them said they left the windows down for one night. There’s no way it would rust that much. Not to mention the entire bottom of the car was rusted out. We asked the guy to show us the car fax and he wouldn’t let us see it, but said it was clear. We give up and go back home. Then we find the car fax online and it says it was in 2 accidents, had 5 owners, was a corporate fleet vehicle, has frame damage, and was theft reported. Then we found a total of 3 adds from 3 different people of the car on Facebook. Sounds like a scam to me.

Do not get a car here be ware I bought a car here and it broke down within a month and I still have to pay the bank loan it needed a new engine be careful they will mess up your credit

Nick is hands down the best car salesman I've ever encountered. He took great care and did everything in his power to make sure I was able to drive off the lot in less than hour ! Was initially going to be denied for financing but Nick made sure he reach out to the bank and had them take a second look. He stayed past closing hours and answered any and every question I had. Would 10/10 recommend

well let's start with the fact that they sold my fiance a car with no windshield wipers One headlight and one brake light and no gas in a thunderstorm mind you then the alternator went out a week later that she had to wait for a week for them to get a new one and find her own mechanic to put on that she still hasn't been reimbursed for then the battery went dead she had to buy a new battery then she had to get new two new tires to put on it and then Mo has the nerve to come and try to take the car because of the first payment wasn't paid due to him not paying for the none of the car parts that he agreed to pay for it I couldn't be more disappointed with the customer service or just lack of care for the safety of our children or anything really like why would you send somebody out on the road like that is absolutely sickening experience and we will be in court to see them so hopefully I'll be able to let you all know what happens there but I'm sure it'll be in our favor because we're in the right oh yeah and just another little list of problems that is still in a car AFS headlights don't work the driver side airbag doesn't work the tire pressure sensor doesn't work oh there's a blown speaker in the door and when I asked him about selling her the car with the broken headlight and everything in the rain he told me he didn't know so a car salesman they don't even do a basic headlight turn signal check before they sell the car I don't know the law but I'm going to look into it right now but I'm pretty sure they have to oh they get the dome light and the inside of the car is broken fog lights don't work and now here they are trying to take all of it with all those parts on the car I don't think so

Bought car from there and have had to pay to fix a ton of problems had a wheel barring going out, a big oil leak, had to have a proxy alignment, new battery, and now having problems with transmission has been in the shop 4 times and they can’t seem to find the problem…

my wife and I went in one morning and left two and a half hours later with a car that is practically brand-new all things to Nick at Mo's. He didn't try to bully us into buying something that we didn't want, and was patient as we took the car in a test drive and gather documents. Would recommend for anyone looking for a used car!

The car had a few problems, and I was ok with accepting that risk, but i didnt know they sold me a car with illegal tint and i got a ticket for it a month and a half after the purchase. I called Mo's to get some assistance (help with retint, docs showing legal tint etc..) and they had nothing for me...which was disappointing.
Update: Mo reach out to me personally, and is wanting to work to have the issue fixed.
