I just wish the self was gave more time to do all the option for a full clean. At least 15 min. 10 is so quick so you always end up having to spend more money. I guess that's the business but other than that I do like going to Mike's to clean my car.

I was very disappointed that they did not offer cleaning the inside of cars. The only problem I had was pulling up to the car wash for the ultimate package deal and not knowing what to do. I was the only car there and I read the signs, but who was I supposed to, give my ticket to? Someone finally came out and took my ticket and just told me to move up into the car wash. I literally had no help trying to get my car exactly onto the tire track to move inside of the car wash area. The girl literally gave me no instructions and only took my ticket. Although I was impressed on how clean my car was and the great job the car wash actually did, they could have better instructions or better help from an actual person. All in all it would not be my first choice for a car wash, but I would probably use it again.

Saturday August 10, 2024. I got stuck in the carwash for almost 5 minutes. No one even let me know what was going on...i had to blow my horn like a maniac, before someone informed me that it would be a moment...(i even called there were just a bunch or random prompts)...#iWishIHadPhotos #FinalDestination #WhatHappened?

Found an old coupon for a free wash. Was happy that they accepted it as it must have been 3 years old. The was was better than expected as our car hasn't been washed in a few months.

Jon was so nice . The carwash is always my kids favorite part. Having friendly and helpful staff makes my day alittle less crazy

Best self-serve car wash around. But I'm not crazy about that tire shine. Doesn't do a very good job. And most of the time I exclude it. Maybe a little tweaking on it might help.

Got home with needing another wash. Nothing but water stains. I just spent another 30 minutes wiping off water stains. Some of the same dirt was there after the wash as before the wash. I will have to think hard before returning

Best carwash I've ever been to. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had any issues going through the carwash as it seems to be very well maintained. I get the ultimate wash and it truly makes my car sparkle.. even my tires! 5 PLUS stars
