Everyone was very kind, concerned & educated. They answer any & all questions. They made me feel comfortable and confident in all the personal were caring & great. My doctor Robert Isfort was fantastic and all his staff. The anesthesia person let me know my terrible "allergjc" reaction to kennalog, steroid is not on my family physician records, as well as other hospitals donot have this allergic on my file. Dangerously to me could cause death. I appreciated this information & I wl inform all my medical personnel has this on ALL my records.

Beware of the boomers who think they own the place. In particular, the unwelcoming people in the morning group fitness classes during the week. The students are territorial and rude. I walked into a Friday morning yoga class just as the class was starting. The students positioned their mats in a circle. There was only one area where I could squeeze in. As I was putting my mat down, the older woman near the space I was about take looked at me and rudely said “really?” I am assuming she was annoyed about having to make a little room for me. Embarrassed, I said “excuse me?” She gave me a dirty look, so I just picked up my mat and left. This is one example. I have been in other classes where students were loudly chatting while the instructor was trying to teach. The vibe is much better in the evening group fitness classes and on the weekends. The instructors are all great. It is the clientele that ruins it ?.

I loved going to this gym and their equipment. During covid, they closed the daycare, which is understandable, but they never opened the daycare back up. Unfortunately, I had to cancel, but I'd consider coming back if the daycare center opens.

Love coming here for the gym and everything else. However, Diane who is the swim instructor isn’t very good at communicating. My niece and nephew needed to reschedule 2 lessons but she was not very attentive with calling back and rescheduling. Paid advance to get certain amount of weeks for swim lessons and was not happy about this.

The changing area and wet rooms, showers, saunas, and steam rooms are in need of a complete overhaul and upgrade. Showers are way too small and are dark, need better lighting and more. The strength training area really needs updating. For the price of membership I would expect more especially since it is part of a medical center. The powers that be should take a tour to Planet Fitness (especially the showers) and CRUNCH fitness for equipment. They both are half the price and the standards are far higher. I expected more from a facility that is part of a medical complex.

This is a wonderful facility comeplete with workout group classes, pool, heated pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, basketball court, track, tennis court, racquetball, etc. The staff is nice, open 7 days a week with nice hours and they are handicap accessible. Parking lot is well lit.

I like the place by needs some upgrading. The showers are old and dont look the cleanest. The family changing rooms in the pool area are disgusting. I rarely like taking showers i would rather wait until i get home
