I know you think your recipes are good with your little grocery chain meats, but I promise you will ascend to a new level of deliciousness when you use meat from Dave’s. The people are so friendly and so helpful. They’ve recommended cuts and fat content based on recipes I’ve discussed with them and have always steered me in the right direction. “Hammans is a local butcher shop that’s owned and operated by one of the nicest families around. We have them cater at least one party a year. Their food is great and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them for your next party or gathering.”
