Not enough large washers, patrons will leave their clothes and go off letting them stand preventing others to use them for a prolonged amount of time, kinda ghetto

this place kind of sucked. After carrying loads of laundry to dry, found out the change machine didn't work. It would seem to me like if you have a place where you need change to operate a business, you'd have change. No change no business.lol.this person will soon be out of business

I always use to come here but yesterday was the last day.since the owner approved to remove my babies clothes from the drying machine when it has stopped while i went to get some change cause they wont give u any there.. and well he decided to put it in the dirty table where there is dust and refused to reimburse me to wash my babies clothes again i wanted the reimburse cause my baby gets rashes easily... And the owner didn't care he says they clean 2or 3 time a day but thats a lie cause i got there around 1pm and left around 4 or5pm and nobody was even there to clean the whole mess on floor or folding tables and to top it off two drying machines wasn't working and it had no sign OF OUT OF SERVICE + they put baskets that people be putting on the floor on top of the table.. Everytime i used to come here i folded on the Cart cause the tables always dirty ...NOT COMING BACK AGAIN

I came after stopping at a more modernly equipped facility down the road. I must agree with another post that I like this one better. The prices are very reasonable and washers and dryers work well. The owner came in and gave multifunctional ink pens to everyone. The facility was clean and organized. Great 80s/90's music playing on the radio (my era). I would suggest that the ownership do a little updating, such as adding some electrical outlets that the customers can use. In today's age, people use laptops, cellphones, ect, and it would be a convenience for them while waiting on their laundry. And possibly add a television. Overall a good experience

Washers work good, dryers either don't work or desperately need the l lint traps cleaned out. $3 per dryer and never did dry.

The dryers do not get hot enough for a cycle. Its as if the thermostat s were turned down now you gotta add more time.

Tonight was my first time there. I'm happy about it being open 24 hours. It was pretty busy at 9pm but there were machines available and it feels like a safe place. The other place I go (that closes at 10) gives you the ability to swipe your card at each machine.. I like that a whole lot better than dealing with quarters, but overall it was a good experience.
