Tried to call testing place to see if I could still come in due to my request being expired. Phone line stated they were closed and they aren’t. So I have to drive all the way there to see if I can still complete my culture.

Come for a pre employment drug screen I take it and notice the cup is leaking then the tech pours it into another cup tells me I can go wash up, after I get done washing up she finally checks the temp, like 4 or 5 minutes later and says she won't take it because it wasn't 90°! Well if she looked when I handed it to her like she is supposed to it would've been good! And they're very hateful to boot no one has time for your hatefulness! How about (the owner) who takes time to leave comments on my review do something instead of talking about it I mean read your reviews from years back obviously it's not gonna stop so fix it! And the fact I took my pre employment drug screen and they still have yet to give my company the results and that's because we have been calling and asking about it. What a joke and I will never step foot in this building again.

I give em 2 stars cause they were nice and quick. But, I had too get bloodwork done and they only did one of the tests and not all of them. So I have too call my doctor, get new orders, reschedule another appointment, then go back again too get blood drawn. My bloodwork needed too all be done quick. Anyways, that's why I give it 2 stars. Nice people and quick service. Just dont do the job right.

Went in for routine bloodwork on 06/26/2024. Although the waiting room was full upon arrival, the staff had patients in and out efficiently. My procedure was completed by the lady that checked me in at the counter. She was kind, courteous, and conversational during the procedure.
In a "Me First" society, it was nice to see how smoothly this office operates. All the haters out there need to relax and be patient. Many times outpatient services like these are overwhelmed with volume. Be kind to them, and they will be kind to you.

I go here 2-3 times a year. I always use their website to book appointments. Very quick and easy. All you have to do is show up and either wait in your car using your phone to check in or go inside and scan on kiosk. Either way, quick and efficient. Employees have been kind and speedy. The people who walk in without appointments will have a long wait time usually, so if you take time to book appt online you will have no issues.

I had a great overall experience. The lady that checked me in was kind and respectful. The nurse was was also kind and respectful. I came in right after thier lunch period was over, and I was seen immediately after check in. No wait time at all. I will use this location again in the future.

Had a very strange experience here last year, and I never even ended up having my blood drawn, which was a huge relief. The waiting room was really dirty and the 2 staff members behind the counter were having a wildly inappropriate conversation right in front of me. Yesterday a doctor tried to send me to Labcorp and I was like nope.. tell me a different place. Who knows what disease I'd pick up there. They probably would turn me away anyway. He just looked at me confused, I told him to pull up the reviews and he'd understand. Which reminded me, I'd never left mine. It's not only this location either, they're all terrible apparently. I don't think this company does a good job at hiring, or maybe they don't pay their employees enough. If it's like this just for drawing the blood, how can anyone trust what happens when the blood gets to the lab. If it gets there that is.

my husband came here a little after 4 to do a drug screen and the lady refused to do it and said they shut the computers down already. The place is open til 4:30. Also why have a phone if they NEVER answer it. We both called all day and no answer. Don't come here..

Needed to have blood work done. Was referred to this location. Both women at the desk were very rude/unfriendly. I had my referral papers with me that said to charge a specific account, but I was told by her that I had to pay. When I said I needed to have it figured out as I couldn't pay she laughed in my face, literally and loudly, saying what do you mean figure out out. I hate having blood drawn & was extremely anxious. Needless to say I'm glad I didn't have the $ as I'm sure they would've been uncaring in the way they treated me. Read the bad reviews before I came but decided to give them a chance. Believe the reviews! Staff is rude, waiting room is filthy. If you must use labcorp go to any other location.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. The bathrooms were filthy and for whatever reason, the two women working there treated me unfairly because of my gender.

Well, my first visit to this location wasn't ideal. The nurse that did the stick didn't get my vein very well and had to "hunt" for it in my arm. Not comfortable as you can imagine. When she did get it, barely filled the tube with any blood. Most likely I'll be repeating this test for lack of blood volume in the tube.
