This store has really gone down hill. Used to have 2 lanes open on Saturday mornings, now they only have 1. Self checkout belts are a joke. Today, none of my digital coupons came off (and I double checked that it wasn't an error on my part)...had to wait 10 minutes for customer service to open and she said it was a communication error with loyalty cards. Luckily, I had everything written down bc I had to tell her every digital deal or coupon that should have came off. Meanwhile, my ice cream is melting, so I had to go switch it out. Digital deals are mis-marked. Don't always have what they advertise on sale. I don't even bother with the deli counter anymore. And the fruit always looks like crap. Don't come here. It's a hole.

Too many negatives to waste my life explaining - customers are consistently treated as a gross imposition - and the meat department, forget it, you’re better off raising your own herd before these clowns get it right - going to Jungle Jim’s….from know on.

This is my favorite Kroger in the area. Except for 1 tech. I won't put his name out here. But he's so super slow, took me over 30 minutes 3 times to get my meds This is almost having me raesy to switch pharmaceutical companies, because Chris is a friend, but I can't deal with this waiting anymore

Repulsive. They can never get the fried chicken orders right. Claim they don’t have the order form for it then magically find it 15 mins after it was supposed to be picked up so you have to wait additional time and be late to your own party. THREE times now this has happened. Will never give them another chance like I kept giving them.

Prices are good for some items bad for others. The store is clean and organized. The main reason for only 2 stars is, every time I go in, I'm accosted by people trying to sell me cable service. Your profits, as well as your products, are trending upwards. Not only greedflation, but I can't shop in peace. Is the extra profit margin really worth losing loyal customers?

I'm a Boost member, and once again my order was over 90 minutes late with no correspondence. On top of that they made substitutions, even though I said no substitutions. Gave me the grab&go cheese(.75#) instead of the pound I ordered and charged me the same price as the pound $8.99. Then while putting away my groceries, whomever packed it put a gallon juice on top of chip ahoy cookies and split the package open. Is there even any management at that store?

Warning!!!!! DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FR OM THIS STORE. Today at 1:13 I Bought a $200.00 Home Depot gift card to get fuel points....I then attempted to checkout at home depot they told me card was not found and to return to kroger. I did they told me call number on bottom of receipt I called first time after 22 minutes wait spoke with an agent she placed me on hold the call was disconnected and she never called me back I spent the last 4 hours going back and forth I'm now out $200 and only thing Krogers is offered me is $20 credit and a 7 to 10 day resolution window

Several weeks ago I went to purchase honey turkey at Fairfield Kroger on Wessel. The supervisor and his worker refused to open a fresh package of the turkey lunch meat. They wanted to sell me the end pieces , and the bag looked old and the meat didn't look good. They said that corporate office didn't want them to open a fresh package. I refused to purchase the meat.
The guy behind the meat counter doesn't look clean. I'm sceptical about him touching my meat. In addition to, the problem , it appears that the rules are only enforced with me as black person. White people are not treated in the same manner. I spend my money and should be entitled to fresh meat and not the end pieces of the loaf. That's the second time that I had to go through that at the Fairfield location. I had a white manager to assist me the first time after I complained about the packaged meat in a dirty bag . I was accommodated.
The second time was a rude white manager. He and the employee were rude and refused to accommodate me. I went to the service desk and asked for the coporate office contact information and the black customer service lady refused to provide me with the information. I eventually got the information and called the corporate office. I have not heard back from anyone.
I went to another Kroger location.It was the same situation. Obviously, Corporate has told the employees not to open a fresh package until it's all gone but I'm not paying money for the end pieces of the meat.

Im VERY disappointed in the order ahead feature. The store at wessel drive in Fairfield offers boars head lunch meat and they offer an order ahead option to “skip the lines” and it’s been down for over a month now!!! Every time I try to use it the order never goes through and I get no notification to let me know it was never received! When I go to the store there is only 1 employee working deli with a line of 10 before me. Y’all got to figure this out!! It’s an absolute joke to shop at your stores this way. GET IT TOGETHER KROGER DELI!!!!!!!

This place is trash now!! The help is young people with attitudes one of them accused me of not paying for some rosemary!!! The next experience was with the guy at the Kroger gas station was treating black people differently than others example he ask the bill ppl to pay for gas first before scanning the Kroger plus card in order to receive the fuel discount which is incorrect and dumb. The customer experience line is trash not helpful when I complained the entire staff there is racially impaired and ignorant trash store trash customer service shut the store and gas station down
