Fairfield Ohio Kroger pharmacy is always good and they keep getting better. They close for lunch at 1 and reopen at 1:30. I use the drive thru most of the time.

Horrible employees that have no idea what they are doing. I tried to pick up my prescriptions and I was told my insurance will not cover it until a later date but he couldn't tell me the exact date. I have been getting these same prescriptions for years and I never had trouble until I switched to this pharmacy. I got on the phone and had the prescriptions sent to another Kroger and I was able to pick them up within the hour without the slightest issue. So where was the problem??? It's obvious that this location is just plain ignorant.

Can never get things right...prescription was suppose to be filled thursday..get there tell me that they only have half the order...then when I go to pick up she tells me they don't have any at all.. and that they ordered it in stock and will have friday...here we are saturday and they never ordered it and now says monday...no apologies, just excuses...saying they have it in the system as pick up for monday...no pick up was Thursday! Then Friday! So. Asked if that's the case why does automatic system say will be ready for today before 7..again just excuses

A lot of the time the service is perfectly fine. But the employee named Keith has ruined my experince many times. I am sure he is a nice person but he is completely incompetent at his job.He is extremely slow, which could be forgiven. But he has entirely halted my ability to pick up prescriptions properly because he does not know how to preform the basic task of the shop that other employees preform with ease.

UPDATE 1/24/24:Marked improvement in staffing levels and politeness of the employees. I went in today, stood in line about 10 minutes, and was still able to get a flu shot without an appointment. The brunette who administered my vaccination could not have been nicer!I hope they continue with this service since this is a VERY busy location!

One of the worse pharmacy I ever use,When I request refill of my prescription, pharmacist just put 15 days medication for 30 days. Again I request to refill my mom’s medication, they put 20 tablets instead of 120 tablets but wrote 120 on the bottle.

I'm so over going to this Kroger. The employees are just lazy. Almost every time I go here there is no carts inside. They only keep one or two check out lines open. The employees are always just standing around talking to each other. It's absolutely ridiculous the amount of poor work ethic and lack customer service here.

Have complained multiple times before, but nothing is ever done to correct this pharmacy and its shoddy service. Called in prescription 5-7 days ago, got response they needed to contact doctor. Called again today and got same response. Asked to speak to manager and got disconnected. Please get someone in this location that puts customer service priority one. Too many competitors around to continue this over such a long period of time.

Terrible! Every month there is a new issue! Never the same face and the wait is ridiculous! The only response I ever get is "Sorry , I don't know"Yesterday it is 25 today I need a prior authorization but no one knows why!Go somewhere else!

I drive all the way there from forest park and arrived at 7:51pm and they were closed..? monday 10/17/22
