My mother has been going to Keva jewelries for 15+ years. He has serviced my whole family and he resized my ring and has done a phenomenal job. He is fair in price and does wonderful work. I highly recommend Keva jewelers.

I’ve been here multiple times from a simple watch repair to a full wedding band and I have never been disappointed. My wife’s ring is gorgeous and they were instrumental in getting it put together and I’m quite a hurry. Thank you for everything you do!

They quoted a really good price and I'll report back on the quality of service when we get the ring back but really surprised by the customer service my mother received from their staff after reading all of the good reviews. She brought in my great grandmothers waterfall cluster diamond ring to have a stone replaced and just generally fixed up so I could use it as an engagement ring. Mind you, the ring is from the 1940-50s so we are aware that it isn't a super valuable ring but it is very sentimental. While they were mostly nice, both the owner and the young girl with him kind of acted as though it wasn't worth fixing up. The young girl even told my mother that people don't use waterfall clusters as engagement rings -- as if there are rules to engagement rings... My mother told me she felt kind of disconcerted by the exchange but she is still going to have it fixed up here, so I will update the review when we get the ring back. I feel bad that I sent my mother in to have a ring that I really love (regardless of value) fixed up and she was left feeling sort of demeaned by the interaction.

My fiance bought my ring here. We were recommended them by an employee at the Ohio Valley Antique Mall when we were just browsing there. We went in and the nice lady we talked to explained how their process of ordering works. She worked with our budget and when I mentioned my interest in lab-grown diamonds, she said that it was totally possible and better worked with our budget (I have other more ethical reasons for choosing lab-grown though) and showed me a book to look through and explained how the prices worked. She also offered me a really lovely discount and we placed our order and paid. Then while they were making the ring, the communication was great. When it was ready my fiance picked it up and then a couple weeks later when he proposed, it was so beautiful in person I couldn't believe. The photo in their book didn't do it justice. I will recommend them to literally everyone who asks me about getting an engagement ring. Wonderful customer service and wonderful product.

Outstanding service and top quality workmanship. I took my wife's diamond bracelet in to have it repaired, it had some stones missing. When I got it back in a couple of weeks it looked like new. She was so pleased and happy and so was I. I had previously taken it to several local Dayton area jewelry shops and they all told me that it couldn't be repaired because the diamonds had a unique shape and were not available anymore. Keva not only found the stones but replaced them with expert precision. The bracelet looked like it had never been damaged at all! I will never take any jewelry for repairs to any other jeweler. Their prices are absolutely reasonable. Try them out you won't be disappointed.

When my husband proposed to me, he used my great-grandmothers wedding band (I'd say 1900-1930 era). This ring is beautiful and has so much meaning and love behind it. We were able to get the prongs fixed by a friend but the shank was SO THIN I felt like I could snap it. I still wore it and eventually the shank DID snap while opening my daughters stroller. I was thankful I didn't lose it, but so sad it broke. Finding somebody trustworthy to fix it was the biggest task. We waited two years until my husband found Keva jewelers and I'm so happy he did. They put an entire new shank on my ring, kept the exact oval shape and size, and cleaned it so well I thought it was a different ring at first. I've never seen this ring SO CLEAN! I am so happy with it and I would highly recommend Keva Jewelers to anybody needing a heirloom, or any important sentimental piece fixed.

I have took 2 rings and a necklace to get fixed they did a excellent job. My ring was cleaned and looks better than when I got it! I will take all my jewelry here. I plan on buying something soon will definitely be from Keva they have some rings and necklaces that I have my eyes on ?
