Had a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in. Everything was explained to me about the repairs of my clock. Had jewerly cleaned for free. Was given a free jar of cleaner. Will go back and will recommend to friends.

Mr Long, Alex, and Sierra were fantastic! We wanted a unique ring for our engagement and found the perfect one. The were more than helpful with payments, sizing and above all service. We would definitely recommend.

Just needed a new battery for my watch. They broke the watch case and only offered to sell me a watch at half off their catalog price (cost). And I had to request a refund for the battery! Steer clear of this place!!

JL Jewelers are amazing. My mother passed away not long ago and she had quite a collection of jewelry. I had no idea what was real and what was not. JL took the time to go through my collection, educate me on the different things to look for. He was so kind and respectful of my mother's things. Thank you for helping make a hard job easier.

DO NOT take your jewelry here. I took my 4 mm rope necklace here last September for repair. 3 months later I get back a thin necklace masquerading as mine. The owner Jeff Long tries to tell me time is an issue ( got him recorded). Took necklace back claims another company fault but they corrected. Thus time Alex says it's compatible even though half as thick. Court here we come. Crooks

These folks really listen to you! I have nothing but respect for the work that this family does. I was assisted by Alex, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and excited to work with me.While you wait, I suggest taking a look at their selection of jewelry. There are some amazing historical pieces for sale, and you can feel the history associated with each item.I could go on and on about why I love this business, but I think that everyone should go find out for themselves.They’ve earned a customer for life!

As a detail oriented person who asks a lot of questions, it often takes extraordinary people to impress me. The people at JL Jewelers are those people! Over the course of my 3 visits to the store, I had the pleasure of meeting the 2 younger gentlemen. Not only were they exceptionally astute and knowledgable, but they also had great vibes! Best jewelry store experience ever!I went to them after buying an iron ring at the Renaissance Festival which came with a cheap stone that quickly fell out. I inquired with JL Jewelers about getting a replacement stone installed that would not fall out. They were confident in their ability to deliver the desired product/service, and said that they guarantee all of their work. I got my ring back today and it is beautiful!

10/10 I’ve purchased multiple pieces from JL from earrings and necklaces that match to my now wife’s engagement ring. Impeccable service and knowledge from the staff and nothing but helpful even when I had to have the ring resized twice. Multiple piece cleanings and even had a family ring anodized to match my wife’s engagement ring and had them soldered together. Will continue going to JL Jewelers as long as I have jewelry needs. Plan on taking a family heirloom clock in for servicing as well. Would gladly go here versus any other store in the area!
