I’ve never dealt with a mechanic who was so deceiving . My car came to them 3/4!times because they never once fixed the problem/symptoms it was having. They lied about the work that was done and conspired with my ex and kept a turbo that I had brought in . They claimed the turbo was the problem yet it wasn’t in the car when i retrieved it. Yesterday I was told it was there on the shelf , I said I be in to retrieve it . Then they allowed my ex to come get it and it is definitely no my turbo. If my turbo was never the issue then why take it out of my vehicle to begin with, also it was buried under a lot of things so it wasn’t seen while it sat in the parking lot over night after being dropped off. Needless to say my car still has the same issues it did when I first started with this horrible company. Do not take your vehicle to these people, yesterday I was told that no work had been done since the date of the last invoice in February yet it was there till i was told I could get it , after being told my ex told them he be out of town then I hear that was never said. I will not allow this company to simply steal a part that is so costly . I’ve barely driven this car in over a yr because of them. I’m having my vehicle inspected and I’m going to prove a lot of their work was never even done

I have been bringing all of our cars here for about 5 years and I can say with absolute certainty you will not find a more honest and skilled shop with both domestic and import vehicles! They also are authorized Amsoil providers.

Dave has worked on my vehicles for years, he has been the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever used. I could not recommend him more , attention to detail and workmanship is the best in the business. Do not hesitate to trust him with all your vehicle needs.

Hands down the best shop in the greater Cincinnati area, I drive 40 minutes from dayton to take my vehicles here. Can't recommend the people at jims more.

I took my car to another shop and found out someone tried to cut off the Catalytic converter. I search around online and Jim's Automotive kept coming up. After searching a couple of days I broke down and called them for an estimate and to see when I can bring my car. To make a long story short, they repaired my car cheaper than what the other car shop stated and I decided to get my brakes and rotors done while they had my car. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and honest. I have told all my friends and family about them. So glad something kept nudging me to check them out. I found a new place to service my car. I am thankful for Jim's Automotive

I feel like I won the lottery! I had a great mechanic that unfortunately went out of business. I tried a couple of different places, but always felt like I was being talked down to, up charged, and I didn't trust them. A friend recommended Jim's. I took my older car in, it needed axles, boots, etc. They got me in the next day, called me in the early afternoon with an estimate, (that was quite a lot less expensive than the "other" place). I agreed and got a call later in the day, telling me my car was ready. I thought it would have taken at least 2-3 days. They are all so friendly, professional, and reasonable. They didn't talk down to me, plus they give a ladies discount!!! What???They have my business for life! Thank you guys! You rule!!

I took my Kia Optima to Jim's because I heard a rattling in the wheel and a friend had just gotten their car repaired there and recommended them. They got me in quickly, diagnosed it and gave me a fair price on the work. It was done the next day and now drives like new! No noise! Plus...a ladies discount! You can't beat that!
