“My fiance bought my ring here. We were recommended them by an employee at the Ohio Valley Antique Mall when we were just browsing there. We went in and the nice lady we talked to explained how their process of ordering works. She worked with our budget and when I mentioned my interest in lab-grown diamonds, she said that it was totally possible and better worked with our budget (I have other more ethical reasons for choosing lab-grown though) and showed me a book to look through and explained how the prices worked. She also offered me a really lovely discount and we placed our order and paid. Then while they were making the ring, the communication was great. When it was ready my fiance picked it up and then a couple weeks later when he proposed, it was so beautiful in person I couldn't believe. The photo in their book didn't do it justice. I will recommend them to literally everyone who asks me about getting an engagement ring. Wonderful customer service and wonderful product.”
