My wife broke down on her way to work and we called Jeff's to see if we could get in. They instantly got us in and all fixed up with no problem. Had a belt replaced as it had broken causing the alternator not to charge and the battery died. When I picked the car up, he also informed me that we were low on oil. Had them top it off while there. Everyone was amazing and I highly recommend using them! Thanks to everyone for the amazing service!! A+++

I called and made an appointment with Don after a visit to a previous mechanic left me feeling frustrated. He took the time to show me where things were on my car so that I could better understand the issue myself, AND he fixed an annoying screeching belt that I had been mentioning to other mechanics for YEARS without ever being offered a solution. I will definitely be returning soon!

Been going to JEFFS since it changed names. Always been great HONEST service. Don is great to deal with and makes the process clear and simple. So many times they have gone above and beyond for all my extended family as well.

I live in Nevada and my daughter lives in Ohio. She was having car issues and I was looking for someone to help her that would not just throw parts at her car to make money. I read the reviews for this establishment and they were outstanding. I am now writing my own review to state how great the staff and services are here. They were very detailed in their explanations of what needed to be done to this car to me over the phone and to my daughter as well. They are honest, affordable, and have a quick turnaround time. Highly recommend!

After receiving a ridiculous quote from a local Ford dealership, I decided to give Jeff's a try. I stopped by and spoke with Don who gave me a quote well within reason and got me in quickly. I also had a previous issue looked at by three Ford dealers (over he course of a year who threw parts at the issue) who couldn't find the problem. Don and I discussed it and he thought he knew what the problem might be. He called me the next day with and estimate to repair and that they had found the issue. Don kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and was completed the next day. Words can't express how satisfied I am with this shop and I am so glad I found them. These guys have earned my business for the long haul. Great, honest guys. You won't be disappointed!

My favorite Car Repair shop. During this visit their shop provided timing belt replacement, water pump replacement and drivebelt updates for my 18 year old vehicle as requested. Give them a try, they will be your favorite "Car Service" location as well.

The reviews and rating are more than accurate! I have had 2 mechanics look at my Humm3r and when I talked to Don about my truck he told me to bring it in and didn't guarantee anything which I appreciate the honesty as it is a collectors item at this point. Lol.. I have a 2008 H3 and I refuse to take it to a dealer because of their high prices. I wasn't expecting them to find my electrical problem because 2 other mechanics had no luck and low and behold within a couple hours after the team did research and diagnostics THEY FOUND THE ISSUE! They were able to get the parts in the next day, they even did my oil change and I was back on the road safely within 24 hours! I am so lucky to have found this place. They were friendly, honest, kind and even my husband who is in the automobile industry said the prices were very fair and impressed with the diagnosis and how quickly I got my truck back. I love you guys at Jeff's! Thank you so much for getting me back on the road safely and fixing my dated humm3r. It is the only car I want to drive so thank you for making sure I am mobile and safe out there on the road!
