Hello! I just wanted to stop by and leave a positive review for my recent experience at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissan! My saleswoman (Sentje) got my husband and I into two brand new Nissan Versas! She and her manager offered excellent customer service and both worked diligently to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend doing your car shopping through Jeff Wyler Fairfield Nissan.

Had a wonderful experience buying our new car here yesterday with sales lady Sentje! Eric was also very helpful in the process and I must say the whole reason I buy cars from here is the wonderful service department. I don’t meet the guys behind the advisors very often but they do great work and Mark and Mike are always honest and fair and so helpful with any concerns.

Thanks to salesman, Howie Zade, for getting me into my brand new, fresh-off-the-truck Versa! Howie’s style is the perfect balance of friendly and informative without being pushy or obnoxious. I was in and out quickly, but never felt rushed. The other salespeople and finance office staff were approachable and made things super smooth and easy as well. I highly recommend heading down to Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield for your next ride!

It was a reasonable and fair experience, my salesperson Howie Zade was respectable, very helpful and a great listener to give me advice on how my finances match up on what car makes sense for me to buy. Overall he gave me a great deal for my 2024 Nissan Versa, in which my payment covers any service such as oil change, tire changing, etc for a fair price. The man is a awesome salesperson to work with.

Just in for a recall on the braking system. I didn't catch the guy's name at the desk who helped me but he was very friendly and kept me informed on what was going on the whole time. He explained everything that was being done to the car. Super great guy.

I dropped my car off in January '24, it's been 3 weeks since I have been contacted about my car. So I eventually ended up taking to a service advisor and he tells me that they are back up. What I think is that they are fixing other cars before mine and that isn't right. I won't never ever go back to this dealership ever again.

We were traveling four hours to the dealership and the sales staff was great. Brian took a complete video of the vehicle so that I could see all the features from home before making a final decision. Eric walked me through all the details, as well as the current discounts. The deal was worth the drive. We got there with less than an hour before closing. We received an enthusiastic and warm welcome upon entering the dealership. Chris took us to the see the vehicle which they had moved inside because it was raining and didn't want us to get wet. He was thorough and answered all our questions. Once we got to the finance office, everything was quick and efficient. Chris stayed well beyond closing time to make sure everything was wrapped up and we had all questions answered. It was a wonderful experience and though I hated the thought of driving four hours to buy a car, they made the trip well worth it.
