I took a maxima there for a warranty item replaced a catalytic converter. They had the car over 30 days got it back with an exhaust leak and a bad O2 sensor that they damaged when replacing the converter. They said it needed a new exhaust section, it ended up needing a gasket that they replaced but I had to pay another shop to have it repaired and buy a new O2 sensor and have it installed. They rarely ever returned my phone calls asking what was going on.

Poor customer service. Requested a call back (twice from two different managers)to discuss repairs on a family members vehicle, never received a call. Service and management doesn't seem to care about inquiries on car repair follow up.

Trash service. Way over priced on all parts. Don't trust dealer prices. It's cheaper anywhere else in Cincinnati. Oil change is 130.00. I get better service at local mom and pop shops that take better care of your car and you for 50 to 60 bucks full synthetic. Don't waste your money

I would not recommend taking your vehicle to be serviced at this location. I had my car towed to their facilities with it acting like a bad alternator. They didn't even look at it until 3 days later after my excessive calling. They told me the battery and alternator were testing find. I asked if someone test drove it, the answer was let me get someone to drive it and call you back. Again, I had to call them back in which they said nothings wrong with it you can pick it up. I picked it up drove it home, turned it off it wouldn't start. I called back and they told me jiggle the battery cables something has to be loose...the cable was indeed loose and it started, he said bring it back up here we will get it fixed tomorrow. My husband ended up tightening the battery cable. I paid $240.00 diagnostic fee (with no diagnosis) wouldn't a mechanic/technician check battery cable connections?? And they left oil/grease stains all over the inside of drive door.

We took the car to Jeff Wyler Memorial Day weekend for a bad O2 Sensor. We were initially impressed since they worked on it quickly even with the holiday. However, within about a week (drove about 300 miles), the engine light came back on. We took the car to our normal mechanic this time, who said that the O2 Sensor wiring wasn't routed correctly and likely caught on the drive shaft as it was spinning. They also actually fixed the issue for 1/3 of what Jeff Wyler charged.We explained what our mechanic said to Fran whom we worked with before. He initially denied it was the same sensor, even after we sent him the picture. He then said it was probably caused by debris in the road. That strikes me as improbable for three reasons: 1.) it never happened before; 2.) if even possible, the hit would have had to be incredibly precise; 3.) it would have caused the results in the picture, which seems more in line with what our mechanic said. After a series of calls, Fran indicated that both he and Chuck (his manager) were refusing to accept responsibility.Overall, poor experience. 3x the cost, lack of quality, and poor customer service after the fact. Would not recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance
