I want to highly recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan in Fairfield and their excellent service department, more specifically Mr. Fran Milbower. Mr. Milbower took excellent care of my mother's Nissan Versa today and answered all of our questions so that we understood. Thank you for employing people like this who are kind-hearted to non-car people like mom and me. Mr. Milbower is the best!!!

We came in. Peacefully waited for my friend's car to get done. I was minding my own business listening to my music and some guy that works there, Caucasian, short slightly greyish hair confronts us about wearing a mask. Lied to us and said it was the law. (It's just a mandate actually)
Did not care that we have serious possibly life threatening breathing issues. We were respectful. Wore the mask. Tired of getting harassed and discriminated against for our disabilities. If we have medical complications WE ARE SUING. Otherwise the service actually was exceptional.

Helpful staff, professional.. Definitely would recommend. Didnt feel any unusual pressure from salesman, just them trying to do their job to sell a car. My mom drove away satisfied with her new vehicle..Special thanks to Sterling Jackson (sales consultant)

I purchased a Murano somewhere else and when I signed my paperwork they agreed to fix a couple things. I dropped it off on a Sunday night for a Monday appointment. There was no way to get in and leave your vehicle had to park it at the gate and walk to leave my keys. Next morning Chris ext# 20206 calls and tells me to diagnose my problem it would be $400.00 just to tell me what's wrong. I explained to him that the warranty people will pay for this well we back and forth and he didn't want to listen to me then decided he would call them. He wanted them to pay for 2 hours of diagnosis and they told him no we will only pay for one because you shouldn't need two and after the first hour you need another one then call us back and tell us why. I was told by my warranty people he didn't like that and hung up on them. If I would have said ok to the $400 for the diagnosis I would have been out of pocket for something that wasn't needed because the diagnosis was done in 1 hours. I don't like feeling like I would have been taken for granted if I didn't questions him. Bad service and it lift a real bad taste in my mouth about going back again and they are 10 minutes from my house and the other Nissan dealership is a half hour

They sent me a paper saying I was pre approved so I went there which it was 28 miles from my house and when I got there it was a different story then I was approved ? and then 10 minutes Iater I needed a co signer I had to go home and get papers verifying my income etc. In one word they lied ???? I'm not happy with Jeff Wyler period they Suck

Why do you need to schedule prepaid routine service 2 weeks ahead of time? A day or two would seem reasonable for a simple oil change.

I love the people at Jeff Wyler fairfield Nissan. They worked with me to get the Nissan, Knic. I thought I was going for a used vechicle. But they got me in brand new Nissan. I love it I would be lieing if I said I love everything about the vechicle . I am a very short person and it takes everything I have to pump up the seat. I wish it was like what I am use to electric pump. Just touch button and that was so nice.
I have told a lot of people about this car dealer ship. I will NEVER GO ANY OTHER DEALER SHIP.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.I cannot remember the salesman name but I do know he also lives in MIDDLETOWN

I submitted an online quote last evening and today I received an email with a lease quote over $200 dollars higher than the web quote. I've purchased and leased all our vehicles on line for the last 15 year's. I've never built a vehicle then have a deal tell me they cannot honor the rate reflected online, contrary, the dealers have tried to beat the rate on line or match it. I lease a $77,000 dollar vehicle that is 3 years old, my lease is up next month and I've been considering a Telluride from Kia as a replacement, fully equipped and loaded the vehicle is near $49,000 dollars. The quote from Kia was as high as my $77,000 dollar BMW. What's wrong with this picture. The experience made me feel as though some intranet sales staff pencil whipped the offering and didn't take me serious.
Moving on, my ride will not be a Kia and I won't shop Jeff Wyler for my business sales vehicles either. One chance to make a first impression and it wasn't favorable..
