I bought my car with Aaron in 06/26/24. They needed to fix some stuff in my car and scheduled to deliver it for me but were one day late. Ok, it wasn't a big deal. Then, he texted me saying I needed to sign more paperwork about my title. One guy went to my house almost one week later with the paperwork to be signed. My temporary title is about to expire, I texted Aaron two times to ask about the letter they should have sent to me to get my title but he didn't answer; I called Jeff Wyler Fairfield and they weren't helpful. I went to BMV and they told me there's something wrong with the last owner, it seems the store doesn't own the car. I paid $20 to have another temporary title and they advised me to open a complaint against the store. I will never buy a car with them anymore.
02/09/24: update: nothing changed! I called a thousand times, I sent emails and they didn't helped at all. I went to th store and they sold me a car with problems with the tag. The second temporary tag is expiring in two days and they didn't figure it out yet.

After having terrible experience after terrible experience we were so blessed to work with Kira and Matt on our new Palisade!
