Update!!! The owner ended up getting a hold of me was genuinely concerned about the situation and offered to fix the issue, I understand mistakes happen I make them just like anybody else. I wish at first it would have been different, but it is what it is and at the end of the day I’m glad the owner reached out very nice guy

LOL" SO , SO, SAD , SO I CALLED THE HONDA SHOP OFFERED TO SELL THEM A MINT CONDITION 1979 HONDA Z-50 TO DISPLAY IN THERE SHOW ROOM NOT TO SELL IT , THE GUY SAYS SIR" THAT IS TO OLD WE WOULDNT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING WITH THAT I STARTED LAUGHING , I SAID DUED YOU ARE SERIOUS RIGHT NOW ARENT YOU , HE SAID WHAT DO YOU MEAN , I SAID YOU WOULD BUY IT FOR DISPLAY NOT TO SELL IT , I SAID HOW OLD ARE YOU HE SAYS IN MY 30'S I SAID THAT EXPLAINS WHY YOU SEE NO VALUE IN THIS GEM" , THEN I SAID WOW" OUR DIRT BIKE SHOPS HAVE BECAME THIS FUTUREISTIC " THAT THEY DO NOT RESPECT THERE OLD MINT CONDITION BIKES THIS IS PATHETIC BY FAR" .......!

DO NOT BRING YOUR MOTORCYLE TO GET SERVICED HERE!!! I brought my 2021 Honda cb500x into this location on 6-19-24 to get an estimate on damages from my accident. I was greeted by Tettey Mandy the service manager at this location and at first he was polite guided me through the steps on the insurance procedures and let me know what to expect. After handing the keys over to him I was under the impression this would go smooth and the insurance part did but after I gave approvals of what parts I wanted to fix from the accident and then also adding in additional work ( brake flush, coolant flush and change the chain to gold) everything changed. I had called on friday 7-12-24 after approval was given on 7-10-24 and I was told that they had to wait on a special tool to install my new chain but the fluids were done I said okay do you know when the tool would arrive either Tettey or Ed the service advisor at this location told me sometime next week. Not really reassuring as a customer to hear “sometime”. So the following week on 7-15-24 I asked my wife to call and just see if there was an update since I was working at this time and either Ed or Tettey replied “I told the gentleman all this on saturday”. My wife of course apologized and said she wasn’t sure what was discussed but was just following up and then the gentleman said yes we are still waiting, she replied okay and that was the end of the call. After I was given that update from my wife I decided to call in myself and ask if the chain required a special tool and we have to wait can we put a different gold chain on either Tettey or Ed told me that it would be same time frame to get another chain so I told him that we can hold off then I’ll get it done somewhere else that’s when I was told they CUT my chain off instead of disassembling it like normal. So now I can not pick my bike up with what work is completed and they made it to where I had to leave it with them. I asked why did they cut it before knowing what would work and what wouldn’t. The gentleman's response was I’m not sure why they cut it but we will have to wait for the tool then magically pulls the tracking info out and states the tool should be in by end of day on 7-15-24. So I wait for the following day and at 4 pm on 7-16-24 I was told the bike was done. I went to pick the bike up on 7-17-24 and after paying them a total of $740.93 for the additional repairs and the new parts I load the bike on my trailer and notice a coolant smell and found that from the coolant flush they performed I had coolant residue down my kick stand and down the plastic that’s under the fill spot not a huge deal it can be cleaned off but then when I got it home and took it down the street I noticed the ride height has been changed on the rear shock to a lower setting. This is when I became frustrated and had called back up to Honda and asked for the general manager. I explained the situation at hand and my experience with them and all he could ask me is (what would make it right) so I asked him what he thought and he said I don’t really have any ideas. I let him know that this was my first time bringing the motorcycle back to them since I bought it from them and that I had high hopes in being able to continue bringing it to them but after the experience I had and with the quality in the work they do, the way Tettey and Ed treated us so poorly during the process and the lack of communication they have with the customer I can say we will never have our stuff serviced here and we will find another shop to give our money too. I would advise to find a different location to take all your street and off-road vehicles too.

Just bought a 2023 Honda CBR 500 & Ryan was SO GREAT!! 1000/10 recommend!!! He was so patient with me when I had 400 questions, explained everything to me (without making me feel stupid) then helped me in the parking lot when I was nervous to ride home since it had been a long time since I rode & was on a grom before my cbr (also without making me feel stupid) seriously he was the best!!! The entire service department was amazing as well, lowered my bike & took off my stock taillight bracket for me & it looks SO good! ❤️

The service team are top notch. They efficiently received customers and process their Honda equipment for service. The shop team are also very experienced and fix and service the equipment well the first time and on the estimated time. Big thanks to the Honda of Fairfield team.

Well 3 years later they still haven’t done anything to fix my bike be careful seeing the these guys. I’ve tried any times to reach out to see if we could work things out to get my bike fix just to get “we don’t care take your bike somewhere else”. They act like they are all about their customers and they are TILL they mess up ur bike and there tru colors come out….

Be sure to check your paperwork before signing!!Took 3 days to get stuff off of mine. Financial dude said he was throwing in packages on Them, only to find out he was charging me for them.A $19,000 truck was try to be sold to me for $32,000.Be careful. Salesman and his brother were awesome.
