I have been a customer with Grainger’s for years. First and last time at this location. I walked in asked for help and felt like I was a nuisance to the cashier. He offered 0 help finding my item and was so rude I walked out the store. Really surprised me for a Grainger’s!

My AC went out so I went to Lennox Parts for help. They couldn’t help me but they mentioned Grainger and wow, glad they did. I haven’t had adult, professional customer service in a while. Refreshing. I went twice in the same day, two different people, great service. Thank you for hiring capable friendly people.

I went here to get a pair of boots for work, was asked by several people if I needed help, said I was good. They left me alone until I needed them. When I was satisfied with my selection and it was time to check out it was a pleasant experience. I don't remember the name of the employee who helped me but receipt says BR1JCT. He was awesome and I won't hesitate to come here again. I have gotten other things here in the past and I have always been happy.

Kelly and the lady that has been employed for five years provided me with exemplary customer service. They were both knowledgeable in the part that I was seeking and also offered solutions to solving my product search. In the end they were able to find and order me the correct part within my timeframe.

I have used this store many times as an electrical Contractor. They pretty much carry everything tool and part wise, from residential to commercial grade supplies. Electrical wire, safety gear, power panels. The book they have is massive. Could probably build an entire house. Great store.
