i brought my grandmother in to sell some old sterling silver tableware. the owner was very honest, helpful, and professional. there were 2 pieces of gold jewelry in the box that my grandmother wasn’t aware of. anyone could have easily taken advantage of us and not said anything about it. he handed it over as soon as he saw it and i really appreciated that. if i could give more than five stars, i would. we will definitely be going back

Customer service is absolutely awful, the guy at the front seems like he HATES his job. There is a ton of better gold dealers in the area and I recommend not wasting your time with Gold Rush Exchange. Disgrace to the Gold and Silver industry.

Place is small but very big in selection. Sold a bunch of silver here and was given a very fair price. when I decide to bulk up on my silver stash I will defiantly be back to both buy and sell precious metals cause its not just silver and gold here.
