Excellent review, got there the night before and parked in door 2. It's space by door 2 for maybe 3 trucks to park overnight. Check in for shipping/receiving is by door 7 to the left. It will be a man door and a window attached and they check in there. I had 2 pallets this time and it took 10 min unload.

I had a delivery appointment @4:00pm 09.29.23, arrived at 6:00am ,got in door @ 8:15am, and unloaded in less than one hour.BTW they start receiving @6:30am

Very cordial and efficient staff. There's no parking or staging area at this small facility. If you're headed here for appointment delivery, I suggest you treat it as a JIT, as they only have a single dock with four-wheelers (cars) parked on both sides of the dock. We like to say better early than late, but in tight spots like this one, it's probably better just in time. Once in dock, the unloading is pretty quick. To carriers, I would caution against dispatching drivers here who have less than one or two years experience and a strong backing profile. ?

Arrived at 2 am for a 900 appointment. And still waiting for a door to unload. Told they had a shortage of help but it doesn't keep them from loading outbound loads. So far we've lost two reloads.

his place is awkward in the sense that you turn into Fairfield business drive the company is directly across the street docking sits right between parking for employees you check in at the receiving office however you could easily get confused it’s the door immediately to the left is a green button that direction to push for Staff the lady behind the counter is not very friendly at least not today she’s having a bad day .backing into the dock was a bit difficult because of theLimited space for maneuvers as well as the pavement resurfacing work on the same driveway

This place is an absolute garbage, came here 2 hrs before my appointment, and even tho there hasn't been a truck here for 1.5 hours, this people are still going to wait for my appointment time to give me a door, come on now, what a joke.

Lady taking care of receiving trucks doesn't know at all what she is doing. Time wasted like anything.
