By far the worst bank I have ever had I deposited a check for $1,500 they told me it will be available the next day and the latest would be 3 days I called them 5 days later and they said it would take 10 and possibly 11 days For the check to go through I called the corporate office and they were also useless and seemed Oblivious with everything and acted like it was perfectly normal They had bad aditude and was being a smart a** on the phone

Top notch service, and the comment from someone else who whined and gave it 1 star, and mentioned "deep state" .. well that's all you need to know about that person and review! I've used 5/3 for years, and with a recent crisis, that involved my account, the manager (Michael K) at this bank has gone above and beyond to help me with my banking issues. Could not ask for better service. Seriously.

Banker didn't want to help me and straight up lied to us saying that she couldn't open a business account for us because we didn't qualify without even getting my name or any information. Maybe because we are immigrants I'm not sure. We are American Citizens and don't appreciate being profiled. Just go to the Jungle Jims location.

I do most of my banking online, but still go inside a few times a year. Never had an issue with any issues. Had an appointment a few months back with a banker who was very helpful. I had made reservations with a tour company on my 53 card and was able to get the bank to reverse the charge when the company went out of business and refused to refund me. Wishing this location had longer hours, I prefer this to the bank next to Jungle Jims.

Visit this location multiple times a week for business been noticing how rude Caitlin the assistant branch manager is. I've seen her be rude employees and customers. If I see it I'm sure others have too.

I have plenty of money in my account and I went today 1/11/22 to cash a Cashier's Check from my friends Credit Union, made out to me. It was Much less than what I had already in my account. 5/3 on Wessel Ave. in Fairfield had a new woman at the drive thru, who must be a member of the deep state, she said "I'm Concerned about this check". I said why, she couldn't tell. Then she said I can cash it for $5.00..What! All it takes is one new B**ch to make up new rules. What is that a new deep state policy now, question. Check that comes from a friend and then charge me to cash it?? She then said "we can deposit it". I told her just give it back to me. I went to another branch and they cashed it with no question at all. That rude woman at the Wessel Ave. Bank, Needs to find another job, but the way things usually turn out, she's probably the new manager. SCREW that 5/3 of Weasel in Fairfield. Find another branch to go to and avoid that deep state Bank!

Robert Norris told me with my income I would end up living somewhere I couldn't afford or didn't want to be. He was not very willing to help me out. I'm currently pre approved elsewhere and looking to buy. God had other plans for me Bob.
