Dr. Megan Miller is the whole reason to come to this practice. She is a phenomenal doctor and her ability to listen to your needs and properly treat them is life changing for my family. The nursing has been amazing since I was a child and previously had Dr. Meier. Family friendly practice.

Receptionist ?????
Receptionist here are rude, disrespectful, and do not care about any patient concerns with trying to see a doctor. Mercy constantly changing policies has nearly ruined this office as well.
Have two concerns you’d like to talk about with your doctor in a single visit? You need to make two separate appointments to do so now. This wasn’t the case several months ago when I was here. When asked why, no reason could be given.
Maybe you have a medical condition you’re only comfortable talking to your doctor about. Well, with a wide open receptionist desk in the waiting room, you can bet that your business is going to be very public as they will openly talk about you while other people are waiting. I do not need to know about another person’s personal business.
The doctors that still work here are phenomenal. They will absolutely take care of you to best of their abilities. So long as Mercy doesn’t continue to limit what they can and cannot do.
If you have a doctor here, try seeing them at another office location if they have one. And if they happen to leave Mercy all together, I wouldn’t blame you for following suit.

I would never recommend this facility, they are not there to help you just interested in patients that are frequent so they make more money. Nurses and receptionists are rude. Definitely do not recommend

I have been going to Fairfield Medical Group for over 34 years. Dr. Mautel is my doctor. He is a wonderful doctor. I've also seen in the past the other doctors at Fairfield Medical group and found them to be excellent doctors.

Great place to have your doctor, Dr. Johnson is great and listens to all concerns and makes sure you are well taken care of. Neve have to wait, very fast and friendly staff!

William Mauntel and Allison Johnson are great providers. They are both fast, thorough, and great listeners. I have been a patient here for 28 years and have almost always left with a great experience.
