Just had a new Carrier HVAC system installed by Fairfield-Hamilton Heating & Cooling. We often wonder who will show up to do the work. I was so fortunate to have 2 fine young men, Jesse and Aiden install my new unit. They were so neat with everything they installed. Explained everything before install and did a walk thru after explaining everything. System running great. Highly recommend Fairfield-Hamilton Heating& Cooling, Five Star Home Services.

Prices just too high compressor under warranty. You charge me for the price of the compressor and labor. I feel like it was just a big rip-off.

Would give 6+ stars if that were an option. Gage came on a Sunday PM to check out our furnace and give us a bid on replacing it. This was our third bid and the best by far in price. Gage also did a great job explaining what we needed and why. The following day Nick and Cody came and installed our new furnace and were finished by dinner time. All Fairfield-Hamilton Heating & Cooling Five Star Home Services employees we met in person or on the phone were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The company has a mission to give back to the community. Fairfield-Hamilton Heating & Cooling will be our first option for future needs in maintaining our home. Thank you!
