So let me start off by saying I don't normally leave bad reviews. However, this interaction warrants one. I've been a resident of Fairfield for 30 years. I love to support local business. When I called to try and get a quote or an appointment for my cars transmission issue someone answers the phone then proceeds to tell me, "This is a business, quit it". Before I could even say anything back she hangs up the phone. I was dumbfounded. I called back again and got a similar response. I'm not sure if they were getting prank calls at the same time or what (you would think they'd have caller id?) but this is not how you treat a potential customer... With the good reviews of this place I really wanted to give them a shot. With this kind of unprofessionalism though? I'll take my business elsewhere.

I spoke with Deb the receptionist, who is very patient and kind. She helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my vehicle thanks to the technicians who are knowledgeable and outstanding! They identified, prioritized and fixed exactly what was wrong. Car runs like a dream now and didn't cost an arm and a leg... maybe just an arm?. But that's ok, because everybody has to make money.
Just so you know cash and credit card are acceptable forms of payment. Not sure if checks are receieved, but there are no finance options. You can't apply for a FF automotive card and make payments until the balance is paid off.
I needed front struts, rear sway bar links and a right tie rod end. Thank you so much for your hard work and kindness. I'll definitely call you for car maintenance in the future when needed.???

Joe was very thorough in explaining the problems. I'm very happy with his work. First mechanic I actually felt as if I wasn't getting a "quick fix and out the door" experience. He took the time to research the root cause.

Support this car service center. They diagnosed the problem with my car and fixed it and told me what to speak with dealer about. Serveral other car repair centers had looked at it and did other repairs. I'm please and will definitely go back.
