This company is expensive and provides the worst service of any insurance company. They do not deliver drugs in a timely manner. They fail to provide requeated auto-delivery. The cost with their coverage is much higher than using Amazon Prime RX coupon or other free coupon company. They will not reimburse or count the amount of uncovered medications towards the high deductibles. They have very few drugs approved, including rules about only allowing certain generic drugs. 10/10 should avoid this company would give zero stars if possible

Currently on day 13 waiting for a refill on my heart meds, the order has been "processing" this whole time. I called to say I would be running out and they didn't really seem to care. Save yourself a headache and go to a local pharmacy!

I'm unable to start a prescription therapy because of the prior authorization process obstructing and delaying my access to care. My Dr. ordered this product since I meet the clinical indicator requirements. I am a PharmD and I agree that I meet the clinical criteria to begin medically managing my health. I have been waiting on hold calling my insurance for 30 minutes without actually talking to a single person yet.

This prescription company is a joke for getting medication and helping with the cost. I have never been so discussed in my life with not being able to get my prescriptions. Guess it shows that insurance companies are out for the money and not to help keep people alive.

Express script has been very helpful The pharmacist that your list Will not take Express script George's cvs and Walgreens are alot of! He pharmacy are closed So! this is a worry for me when I need a medication for a emergency

Have had an issue with every single prescription order and refill. They have never able to get all three of my prescriptions filled or mailed on time :(

If you are trying to refill a lifesaving/critical medication and/or can't skip a dose, please don't use this company for your own heath. Plan for a significant gap between when the prescription can be ordered and when it will actually arrive. Emergency breathing medication due for refill on July 19th, now slated for the 28th. Hard to breathe and we're under an air quality alert.Two ExpressScripts representative hung up on me before I was able to speak with a rep that would look into my order status. The 3rd rep was sincerely attempting to assist with my prescription delay due to their carrier, but was unable to help since the order had already processed on the 19th. Their suggestion was to speak with a local pharmacy, but I would not be able to use insurance since an order was pending with with them...super expensive and beyond the average financial capability. Do you want to be in this situation? I'd rather pay a little more for reliability

Every single time I’ve tried to use express scripts they’ve failed in one way or another. Currently, they’ve sat on my prescription for 5 days for some unknown reason for a prescription I’m about to run out of. This is a medication which should not be stopped abruptly due to withdraw effects. I can drive 2 miles to a number of pharmacies and get a script filled in just a few minutes, but for some reason it takes weeks with express scripts. Do not trust your health to this company.
