I went to the 3 marinas on the strip Dixie Marine was the only one knowledgeable enough to find the right part for me. If I need anything for my boat that is going to be my first stop instead of the last one. Hearn marine was just closer so started there and went down the line but I know next time where to get the right part.

My employer buys all our boat needs here. They seem to have parts other do not. Show room is nice and always has several amazing boats on display.

Buyer beware I don't recommend anyone buy from them. I purchased a 2003Triton TR186 was told compression was good motor was good well. Water pump bad both thermostats corroded barely opening fuel solonoid / choke bad and last but not least starter Bendix kicking out and need to be replaced So far over $900 in parts and service?????????

Shocking! How far this service center has fallen from my past experiences. I was not going to write this review because of my past experiences but it just keeps getting worse. I dropped my 2021 Ranger off on January 27th. I was told it would be 3 weeks but hopefully sooner. All repairs except a fiberglass crack (just needed someone to verify it was safe to use the boat until it could be scheduled for the repair and it was not a Ranger hull issue) should've been covered under the warranties. After 3 weeks I was told by Mark "he is in charge" of what goes into the shop that he had no idea when it would go into the shop; his words, "Could be another 3 weeks". At week 4 I went to pick the boat up since my tournament season was about to begin. I had a local shop that would do repairs at my expense if needed but they are mercury certified and able to submitted ez loader warranties as well. Mark was at lunch when I went to pick the boat up. I spoke with Rudy who says he is the manager, he tells me he is charge of what goes into the shop and he would see that repairs were completed if I gave him 1 more day. Which I did. It is a 2.5 hr drive from my home to Dixie marine. In the past it was worth the drive (since 09) to Dixie Marine with at least 2 other Ranger dealers closer. The next day I agreed to use 1 dated part so my boat would be ready for the weekend trip to Lake Chickamauga. 1 day later I learned that another part was needed and boat would no longer be ready but the previous models brake actuator was already installed so I had to wait anyway and I'm stuck with the inferior repair. I spoke with Mark and Ranger directly before taking the boat to Dixie Marine about the Dexter Hub Warranty. Both assured me it would be covered. I was told someone had repaired the hub prior to my ownership based on the technicians opinion so the hub was repaired versus the previously discussed replacement. As it turned out I was charged for the hub repair. 2 repairs that were warrantied through EZ loader and Mercury. I picked the boat up on March 8th (6 weeks later). When I got home the repaired hub had failed and is leaking worse than before. I'm supposedly being mailed a part. Which I asked Rudy "won't this void the warranty if I repair the hub", his response is the warranty is already void on $650 hub because someone worked on it previously. The original owner is a full time professional bass fisherman. He was sponsored by a local Ranger dealer in his State. He had all of the boats services completed at this Ranger dealer. I asked him today. Have you ever had any of the Hubs serviced by anyone? His response was "Never". This is not a about the $155 repair. I would've gladly paid this weeks ago to forgo the numerous phone calls of over promising and underdelivering. Now I also believe I'm being lied to as well. Who do you think I trust?

Not the same Dixie Marine from years past. Dishonest people. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Just picked up my boat after waiting 6 weeks for minor repairs that I was told would take 3 weeks. Had to pay for repairs that should've been warranted after I complained to the manager.

Bought a ranger RT188, had a major issue just a few months in and agreed to pay for the repair. They got in, discovered the issue was caused by how the boat was rigged by them, they fixed it at no cost to me. Extreme honesty, beyond impressed. Will never go anywhere else.

Good customer service. Nathan was more than helpful when picking up some new rods. Was trying to pick out some higher end rods and he was extra knowledgeable.

Dixie Marine is awesome. They always have what I need and for a better price than amazon and in stock. I don't know how they do it but I am glad they do. From parts, to service, to sales, and to the mechanics, every person that works there is top notch. They even remember my name and you just don't find that in todays world. I couldn't ask for a better experience over the years. Big hats off to the best boat place I have ever found.

Everyone at Dixie Marine was fantastic! I drove 4 hours to pick up my Ranger. Rudy went out of his way to make my purchase very easy. I can’t thank the entire staff enough. If you are looking to purchase a boat, definitely give them a call. Thanks again!

My husband and I bought our 1st brand new Ranger today and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and customer service is solid! Rudy, Cindy, Mike - great people! They even have a tackle/bait shop with a nice selection and varieties! Cheaper than the bigger competition! Highly recommended!
