Worst place ever. I took my car in for a water pump issue. I had gotten the codes from another business and tried several times to provide these codes to these people and they all waved it off like I didn’t know what I was talking about. No one calls you to give you an update let alone to let you know the battery has died and ask for permission to install it, I had to. Then it takes another two business days to then call again to see if it was finally installed to check the actual issue. When you try to express that you’re getting slightly frustrated with the lack of communication you’re receiving, your call is then answered by Paul the mechanic. Paul the sensitive mechanic who doesn’t know what good customer service is and replies to your concern with “we’re not back here taking a smoke break or chit chatting about stuff, we’ve got 25 other vehicles in our possession…” thus continuing to make me feel like I’m less important. So a total of now two weeks just for Paul to drive my car around without turning on the a/c to see all the lights on the dash light up like a Christmas tree, they tell me it’s fine. Less than 24 hours later I’m driving on the highway and all the lights come back on and I’m by the fast lane side of the highway, broken down. Wasted $386 just for a battery replacement and for them to not even look at the real issue. The report even shows what I reported to them but it’s not checked off anywhere like how the battery issue was written up. Do not trust them with your car!

I arrived early and was greeted promptly. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. The person running the desk was extremely professional and nice. There was a promotion and I was able to utilize it to get half off my oil change. Great experience and will be returning for my next oil change or any other needs.

Joe and his team did an excellent job!! We had a couple of hicups, but Joe addressed them immediately and resolved the issues. It's great when people stand behind their word! and their work!! I drive from Hebron, KY to use his shop and I will do it again. When you get a auto care shop that goes the extra mile, you stay with them.

I love Danco. I don’t take my car anywhere else and I’ve been going there since 2017. My mother before her passing was a huge fan. They’ve never stood me wrong. They work with you if the problem is not fix you call them they’ll tell you to bring it back in so I give them a 10+ plus gold star and I highly highly recommend them. They have been amazing, and I think them for their great customer service

They were short on staffing. They couldn't fix my car. They told me three different times that they were short on staffing. Overall bad service.

I had to have the tranmission rebuilt in my 2009 Ford Escape. The Escape is running great now. Joe and Mike were fantastic during the entire process.
