The worst customer service I've had in a while. The employees at this CVS could be replaced with an unplugged VCR and it would do a better job than them. Also, don't call them unless you'd like to sit on hold for 40 minutes.

Walk ins welcome! Nope..I patiently waited until all the customers were gone and asked to get a flu shot...they asked if i had an appointment, I said no and was told they were too busy and to just schedule an appointment online. Great thing is I have tried every day since then online and get an error that the location I selected does not have vaccines.Pharmacies are supposed to help people or care. But they def did neither for me.

Ken at this store is the best. His sense of humor is dry but, wonderful. Those without a sense of humor might find him unresponsive or that he does not care about customer service but he gives the best service. I asked him to hold me some ornaments so I could come back on 12/26 and get them on sale. Husband and I went the next day to get them and Ken is a man of his word. He had me and my husband cracking up. My husband and I love this guy and have only visited the store 3 times and he is by far, along with another employee who looks like he should live in Malibu, CA surfing. Deidra is a complete delight as well and assisted me numerous times in finding things in the store. Have never met the Manger, but I love his crew in the store. Have never used the pharmacy so have no opinion there. I just know if you go when Ken, Blonde Surfer guy (Sorry didn't get his name) or Deidra is there you will get great customer service.

Would be a ZERO ⭐️ but since that's not an option.Absolutely HORRIBLE. I have never seen a more incompetent pharmacy. Medicine is never in stock, or ready for that matter. And when they tell you it'll be ready one day, it actually isn't. I've been out of my medicine for over a week now because1. I moved and they wouldn't transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy2. They were out of stock and told me it'd be ready today, but when my husband just went there, guess what isn't ready!"wE wiLl hAvE iT rEaDy iN tHiRtY mInUtEs," Like I called Saturday and was told it would be ready now. And people don't have the time to wait around for the pharmacist to figure out how to do their jobs ? There has been sooo many times that my medicine hasn't been started until I WENT TO PICK IT UP, like I shouldn't have to remind you to do your job! It is just absolutely ridiculous. It's also quite pathetic that medicine TO HELP PEOPLE, is never available because of this pharmacy. I have been out of a medicine, in the past, that makes me not suicidal (AND causes major withdraws when you don't have it), and they've done nothing to have it ready, I learned from my mother that they can give emergency 3-day supply, but they didn't tell me that. I was in so much pain from not having my medicine, both mentally and physically, that I cried for 5 hours straight, just wishing I had my medicine to stop the pain. They should just close this store, make something useful out of the building.

2 employees both with earbuds in and couldn’t hear me. Unprofessional. Need more training. ?♂️

Fairfield CVS pharmacy on Niles is very slow and disorganized. There is no system of delivering efficient service to customers. It appears that staffing is low and they have a pharmacist performing multiple tasks such as ringing people out, administering vaccines and filling orders. If there were more staff there could actually be 2 lines for those picking up orders and those just dropping off prescriptions. The wait times in store and in the drive thru are just ridiculous. Totally unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I think they purposely take a long time on a customers prescription, so they can hurry up and close for lunch. I pulled up at 1:17, and there was someone in front of me. It literally took them until 1:28 to hand the person their medicine. I pulled up to the window and they and they closed the curtain. After sitting there for ten minutes, I know they saw me sitting and waiting! I wish Walgreens accepted my insurance!!

Super slow Pharmacy, do not expect to stop in and have your prescription filled while waiting unless you have a pillow and a friend to wake you up later. This is not your typical 20/25 minutes it takes for most of the other Pharmacies to have you prescriptions ready this place has been plus two hours wait for me after they received my script. Beware of waiting times

I highly recommend you use any pharmacy but this one!! Asked several times to change my refills to a 30 day supply instead of a 90 day supply (which is how it has always been until now) & was told every time it was changed to 30 day supply but yet every time I refilled a script is was a 90 day supply & I was triple charged! I filled one script & was charged $45 which was correct & what I've always paid; 90 days later when I refilled it again, they charged me $135 for the same prescription. I refused the refill & transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I was with CVS for 5 months & never had a good experience.

I only went to CVS a few years ago because of my husbands insurance.. but now I will go anywhere else BUT HERE!!!! My Dr. sent in a Rx for my daughter at 11:30am, it's now almost 4:30pm, still shows only processing, no estimated time nothing. Attempted to call the pharmacy and after waiting on the line for 40 minutes and nothing I hung up. I will be switching pharmacies today! Ridiculous! Don't waste your time!!!

CVS needs to have actual people at the check out counter instead of a sign saying to use the self check out. CVS had NO bags except tiny ones at the self check that wouldn't work with what I had, so I pushed the assistance button. Someone finally came up and checked me out, but said they only had tiny bags and tried to shove my printer paper, etc in a tiny bag. I asked if he could get bigger bags and he shrugged and said he didnt know. Then he said I shouldn't have gotten so much stuff. I really hope he was kidding! Either way, the customer service was horrendous, couldn't get any help when I asked for help with finding something either. I prefer CVS pharmacy to Walgreens, but I will continue to go to their stores for other stuff because I repeatedly see horrible service at any CVS I've tried. CVS has some serious issues with customer service (except in the pharmacy, they've been really good), and they're not getting any better.

I've used CVS for just over a year as my insurance changed and this is the only pharmacy i was given. I would gladly go to any other if I could, as I routinely encounter these same issues: you'll sit on hold for 30+ minutes (regardless of when or how many times you try to call), and never reach a soul to help you. Further, when you go into the CVS app, the system is down over half the time. It's insane how unaccessible this pharmacy is. If you need a dose of frustration, this is where you can find PLENTY of it!

The CVS I got to is GREAT! Employees are always very helpful. The store itself is always clean & orderly. They have a variety of merchandise. The pharmacy is just as great.
