Don't bother calling this place because they put you on"forget" and never come back to the phone.

I would give zero if I could. This place is always absolutely terrible. nobody EVER answers the pharmacy phone (it's been this way for almost a year). and today I went 4 different times and they kept saying it would be ready in an hour but it was not. I'm switching pharmacies right now. HORRIBLE.

This place has lost my business. I use the automated system, always give Grace time before my pick up and EVERY SINGLE time they say it's not ready pull around. I wait another 40+ minutes and the helper at the window has the nerve to talk about me why I'm sitting there waiting. "I can't help everybody thinks their RX is more important than everyone else". Let's just say she met her match with me, talk about me again helped.

By far the worst CVS I have used. Prescriptions stay "in process" until you call and remind them at least twice to fill it - IF you can get them on the phone after an hour. Save your time and use a different one.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life. I used to get my prescriptions filled there before they stopped taking my insurance (now I use Walgreens) and they seem to ALWAYS have 'issues with prior authorizations' or 'inventory shortages' that lead to delayed prescription filling. My daughter currently gets her prescriptions filled here (because nowhere else in the immediate vicinity accepts her insurance, at least that I've been able to locate so far) and there has been nothing but constant issues in getting them filled and paid for by insurance (even though the doctor's office has received confirmation on multiple occasions that the prescription is covered and does not require a prior authorization!) which means my 9 year old is constantly going without the correct dose of her medication. Then they have the AUDACITY to be upset that I'm upset about it. Maybe I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't have to force them to do their job. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other pharmacy.

Oh this place is known city wide to be the SLOWEST pharmacy in the area! Hands down the champion of wasting customers time and poor communication. The text notifications are nice but are not always accurate. I've received messages that prescriptions were ready come in to get them and to no surprise they don't even have the meds in stock. Wait what? Lol
