“I have been enjoying my time at the facility for the most part, the only thing that has been bothersome is that the men's lockerroom and suana hot tub area could be cleaner. Feels like the place could stand a heavy duty cleaning through out. Not bad enough to be grossed out but definitely noticeable where some things could use the extra care.”

“I lived at the children’s home about 35 years ago. Back then it was ran by the original owner Barb (I think that’s her name). Her daughters worked there too.I ran away from this place so many times I can’t count. I will say, it wasn’t horrible. It wasn’t great. But not the worst I’d seen. I think one of the things that really got to me was the only thing for us to do on most days was eat. The food was great. Homemade real food that we helped cook. But there was nothing else for us on a regular basis. We did occasionally take trips. I remember Barb taking camping and going to Jellystone Park and somewhere with caves. It was cool.I also remember Barb being so angry she kicked a door down. Still, it was a decent safe place to be.I can only imagine that it’s gotten better..at least I hope it has.”
