I'm tired of reading the negativity against Cobblestone. I have lived here for 4 years and they have always taken care of my needs and wants in a timely manner. The staff is wonderful. All you have to do is give them the respect that they deserve and stop judging them. Take a step back and look at us as tenants, we tend to not use the dumpster that are provided for us. We are too lazy to break down boxes. We could be better as tenants and help the community stay clean. This way the maintenance team wouldn't have to spend at least 2 hours in the morning cleaning up after us.
This is not the Trump towers, however the apartments are clean and move in ready. I love love love my apartment. No complaints here. The reason why I've stayed here for 4 years. A lot of the problems are brought on by ourself. We could do better and work together as tenants to make it a better community.
The staff here is doing the best that they can with their resources. We could all make their jobs easier if we all worked together. If you have any issues you can always go in and talk to them and they will go above and beyond to make it right.

They are thieves. The manger was nice but as soon as we applied and paid, they add $200 or $300 to the rent and too over $300 from us. We called today to get it sorted out because we told them almost 2 months ago we're not moving it. They still took the money and say good luck. We were told "I send you the information where it says we can and will". So now I'm down $150 for a holding fee we're not even gonna use for an apartments we're not even in. Charming

I have been here going on 3 years. I have rarely had any issues with my apartment, and when I did they were taken care of immediately. The staff is phenomenal. The new staff (Christen and Anna) are amazing; and No matter what I’ve been through here Jessica has been the most supportive, helpful and pleasant Property Manager I’ve ever encountered! I Love it here, I’m staying.

Honestly id put 0 stars if i could. Have lived here for 2 years and on move in day none of the outlets worked (still dont) there was pee all over the carpets thank god we didnt move in on our actual move in date cause it gave them time to at least vaccume the carpets. Had a leak from the furnace over a month ago that is still not replaced and has soaked the carpet making the baseboards moldy and the wall in the laundry room super moldy. We reported it 3 days after the problem started and they just came out to "fix" it by turning off the ac for now over 24 hours during the heat of summer when my husband and i just had a newborn and also have a dog! At least a little communication about what their plan is would be ideal. Or a fan to borrow. So excited to live here for 1500 a month for another year with terrible service!! (Also looking at past comments id say something positive if i had something positive to say but unfortunately they need to do lots of work before this is a good place to live let alone a great one)

Anna and Jess were amazing and so so helpful when I was looking for an apartment!! They went above and beyond looking around their whole complex to try and find the right fit, when they couldn't they called and directed me to their sister complex and to call back if I have any questions! Thank you so much!!!

Very nice and accommodating staff as well as very beautiful property and location in general. I live on the top floor so I do not have issue with upstairs neighbors but all the neighbors in my building are very nice and quiet in general. The amenities are really what I consider to put this Location above many other complexes in this area. I haven't lived here very long but the impression is immaculate so far and I have had a lot of rapid correspondence with the staff so far.

I wanted to write you and let you know what a great job Dwayne in maintenance has done. After submitting my work order, he responded quickly with installing the microwave and dealing with my bathroom issue especially the bathtub (which was awful). The tub looks GREAT now. What a fabulous job he has done and cleaned up everything very nicely. I know he is also working on getting the vanity sink ordered for replacement, which is greatly appreciated. Dwayne was very friendly, courteous, respectful and is making sure everything will get completed that I need done.
I write because sometimes people only want to tell the negative issues not the positive. Dwayne is a great positive and I am glad he is with Cobblestone Apartments. It has been a while since I had a maintenance personnel do such a great job as he has done.

The worse apartment ? I have ever lived in.
Full of bugs and cockroaches. They literally go even in the refrigerator. They charge additional fee for pets control and maintenance. But never did a great job. The carpet smells like fish and they lied it was new.
After living the apartment. They charge additional fees plus the non refundable security deposit.
The don't clean the pool. Always very nasty.
The outside looks attractive but inside is full of shirt.not even to mention hard drugs smells. Plus trash. Mold in bathrooms. I was always sick of cold and infection not until we move out.
Not recommend. They have the worst management skills. No one from the office will listen to you, or pick your calls or even solve the issues .
They threatened to throw my brown new washing machine away because they were ready to install theirs. I have to fight for my right. Infact. I could write a book of complaints titled " my worse night mares apartment ".

I've been a resident at Cobblestone for over 4 years and I've enjoyed my experience. What I've been more impressed with is the extra mile they'll go to make sure you're taken care of. I recently had an issue with the payment portal where I my payment did not process due to a system error. I was able to speak with the property manager there, Jessica McCall, and was able to provide e-mail receipts showing I made my payment on time. Thanks to her, she was able to get the late fee waived for me. That is great service and what everyone should look for when searching for a new apartment home!
