Deceptive sales practices are used. Advertise a cash price to get you in, and then reveal there's a finance price way above what you came in for. Promised to repair an obvious defect,filled out the "due bill" aka an "I owe you," for the repair but failed to add that piece of paper to the purchase documents sent with the buyer. Failure to respond to the customer to honor the agreement for repair. Multiple calls, multiple run arounds. Buyer beware, they will cheat you with a smile on their face.

Looking for a used car - first car for a new driver. Car Gurus led me to a 2015 Chevrolet Impala here. I live about a 40 minute drive away. Called to make sure the car was still there, and they transferred me to a rep who confirmed it was. This was yesterday. A few minutes later I got a text from them asking if I wanted to come see the car. Obviously not one of the people I talked to, but glad they reached out. I replied stating yes, I already talked with someone there, and was on my way over. We got there about 45 minutes before they closed. I know that's not a lot of time, but we really just thought seeing it would tell it's if we wanted it. The sales rep went to get it for us to test drive. About 10 minutes later he came back and grabbed a battery jumping unit, and indicated that was a problem - and they're put a new battery in it if we bought it. (Maybe they won't since we didn't buy it??) Another 10 minutes went by and the rep can back inside, but not to his office where we were sitting. He was hanging out with other employees and watching TV. He didn't even come over to give us an update. We waited about 5 more minutes and then decided to leave. He left the building so I couldn't even ask what was going on. Stopped at the desk on my way out and let the girl there know we were not waiting any more and were leaving. I'm surprised they didn't text me again with an apology and trying to get me to come back. I'm not surprised the sales rep didn't contact me. He had my name and phone number so I know he at least had the means. You'd think they would have realized we had money to spend - parents with a teen wanting his first car. Based on this experience and the condition of the place (which I didn't know until we got there), I won't be returning there.

Such a horribly unprofessional discombobulated place.
Called with our own lender to trade in for a vehicle, ready to go. Two different sales people called us back to back to back both trying to claim the deal just to quote us three different trade in amounts. They asked us for a CARFAX trade in value which a dealership usually does themselves but we got it for them anyway and they said they would match that and to head down there.
On our way, we called halfway through to update our location just to find out the salesperson never even took the deal to finance, we were directed to the manager Herb who said he would get the buyers order in five minutes but he never did!!
Wasted so much of our time and gas, receptionist is SO rude and our sales person and the manager were yelling back and forth while we were on the phone trying to figure out who was where and what with our deal.
They also ask for a lot of unnecessary personal information so beware of scam potential with this company.

Jeff Pringle I couldn’t ask for a better salesman in this guy when I first pulled up looking for a car. He was out on the side cleaning cars for his potential buyers and I had to come back to this young man and he’s great and I will make sure I get reviews to other people to come and see this man he wonderful.
