Stopped in at Chris Champ office, John took care of my windshield problem, set me up with glass company, I got scheduled to have repair this week. It was easy, and I got to talk to a person who answered my questions. That why I have been with Chris since the beginning. great service.

Chris has been our agent for over 20 years. He and his team have always been responsive and easy to work with in setting up and changing policies, and helping us understand and make wise selections. When we have had claims, they have assisted to make that process as painless as possible, going above and beyond just pointing us to the claims department. I can highly recommend Chris and his team.

Was looking for a renter's insurance policy for my son, the office was very helpful and was able to take my information and have policy quote right away. WE agreed on policy and documents were delivered immediately. If in the UC area and need a policy for your son/daughter call this office!

Chris Champ is amazing. He has walked me through each process so perfectly and even extended to offer me with other things along with my house buying process if I needed additional guidance. His work ethic is amazing and i would 100% recommend him. He has been very kind to not only me but my family over the years in offering to take phone calls to help us out outside of his work hours. Very polite and helped me save alot on my car insurance very pleased with how he did everything. Wasn't on the phone forever like alot of places. Knew what he was doing. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Called State Farm to get a quote for rental insurance. I talked to Tara she was so pleasant to talk to, I was already upset from having to change to a different insurance company but Tara greeted me with a pleasant hello and told me that she had my quote ready for me. She told me that I only had to give her a little information because I was with State Farm before and my information was the same except my number. I was satisfied with the quote . They are willing to help and get the best quote they could give you. I should have stayed with State Farm because I never had a problem with State Farm. Chris Champ is awesome as well. Always treated well when going into the office.
