Appalling! I went to get my car aligned. And I have had to come 3 times. Because they always leave it bad. The last time I went, I arrived at 8:30 in the morning and left him there so they could check his work, which they had done wrong twice before. I went to do exercises and when I returned at 10:20, nothing had been done to him. At that time they went in to repair it. They do their job poorly and also waste a lot of time. Furthermore, they never gave me a written report with the alignment of my car. Just a receipt that I made payment for some of their work. No alignment chart or anything else. Just a piece of paper that you couldn't even understand what it said because the ink was very light. I give one star and because it is mandatory.

I got 4 tires here last year and 4 tires here this year in May and already one of them is torn beyond repair, I won't get anymore from here

Well let's just say my daughter could have been in a serious car accident. I had her brakes/rotors/pads done all around and 2 calipers done on the rear. She was able to drive it off the lot. She went to the store on her way home. Her back tire locked up. Called the store talked to Bryon the Assistant Store Manager. He new what she was talking about. He said that he was personally going to come to her with some part and fix it. GUESS WHAT??? Never did nor did he call her back to give her an ETA. Left her stranded on the side of the road with a false promise. So now the car is still there. Towing it back up there so they WILL FIX THE ISSUE. BUT NEVER AGAIN. Tainted me for EVER BRINGING MY CARS BACK.
Recap today July 5th. I will like to thank Christian the store Manager for taking good care of my daughters car. He made sure it was fixed properly. He apologized over and over for the mistake. Gave her a free oil change. He really went above and beyond. Different techs was there today. So maybe just maybe give them another chance. Only when and if Christian is there.

Dropped my car off a because it was close and convenient to my office.Not the greatest oil change nor the worst.Quote was $20 higher than I was expecting. Gentleman at the front got an attitude when I came back in and asked for my oil light to reset and to add wiper fluid and an oil sticker. Was also told that I have an oil leak and when I asked where they couldn’t tell me where. Also concerned as to why the oil change was advertised with a tire rotation that wasn’t even done. Lastly I didn’t even get a copy of my inspection report. Service could definitely be a bit better. I probably won’t even come back because I feel ripped off.

The service is great. The people are friendly. The problem is that I am unable to work while I’m waiting for my service. For months, I have been coming to the establishment with my laptop computer. But, nobody seems to know the Wi-Fi password. This has become very frustrating. Working remotely in a post Covid world has become the Norm. But, one cannot do that if the Wi-Fi password is unknown. Please give this password to your employees so they can give it to your customers. Thanks

My car is still making loud noises when I am in reverse. I have taken my car themnumerous times now. Problem still exist the Manager is a gas lighter needs therapy etc… and a lier this place need to close down forever. The regional manager won’t return your calls it’s a shameful place

Great service, an honest repair shop. Took my car in for breaks and tires, told me I didn’t need tires yet. Could have easily just put on new tires and charged me for something I didn’t really need.

Don’t go to this Fairfield location. Took my car for jerking, they diagnosed a problem, paid $700 for repairs, immediately i drove out of their lot, it started jerking again, returned immediately and they had to diagnose it again, i agreed to pay for the 2nd diagnosis only for them to diagnose another problem. I got angry and told them to remove their parts and refund my money but they refused. So I lost almost $700 for no work done. I will file a claim with the small claims court and they will have to settle this issue there, they are ripping off their clients. They don’t know what they are doing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had rotors and pads put on all four wheels and a temp gage or hose. That I am unsatisfied with the work that was done. I am currently hearing screeching nose coming from the rear and front tires. When I went to get it checked again the tech said he didn’t hear anything however there’s noise coming from the wheels on my vehicle and that is a fact! What’s the point of getting work done and the problem still is a problem
