5209 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield“This is honest review and I'll share my passed experiences with Performance Toyota, including this one. Back in 2018 I was in the market for a 4runner and the "salesmen" as I dealt with 2 of them on different days and would not come down on price at all and would not even let me go on a test drive alone, which was ok as they ticked me off so much that I ended up buying one at Kerry Toyota down in Florence as they gave me a killer deal, best car buying experience so far. Fast forward to March 2022 and I'm looking for a Sienna, height of the car bubble, they had 3 vans arriving and 9 people were there and some were there with their families so 6 people were going away without a van. I was there for about 8 hrs and they would not give me the value of my trade in until the van had arrived which was shady but whatever. Of course they tried to low ball me on my trade-in but I told them to keep their van but at that time they were prioritizing people with trade-ins they could sell so they bumped up their original value by a couple grand to a more fair price. I got the van but more because I needed one for my growing family , I was not happy with the process as it felt like I was in a rat race but I got one back when you had to agree to buy one sight unseen. Dealers took people for a ride and I wasn't too happy with that whole experience but I give credit to the saleswoman I dealt with back then as she was doing everything she could to get me a van, running back and forth with management to get me to agree to a deal. So credit where credit was do. Now fast forward to Sep of 2024. I'm happy with my van, no problems just doing the recommended maintenance, I get emails all the time about selling my van as it's a sought after vehicle. They ask me to come and look at their new ones and I just wanted to see what they had and was not serious about buying one at all. They ended up giving me a killer deal this time and a trade in value I was very happy with. I dealt with this salesman named Sterling Jackson, really good stand up guy and he worked really hard to get my business and this last time was a much more pleasant experience. So things have gotten much better from my first experience and it's the closest Toyota dealership to my house so I prefer to go there first and hope the experience will be better. I think it helped that I wasn't serious about getting one and if the van I liked sold then that was OK with me as I was more than happy with mine. I hope they keep this up and really try and make their customers feel as though they got a fair deal. That is all, and if you're in the market for a new Toyota ask for Sterling Jackson.”
“I never have a bad experience with enterprise regardless which location I go to they are always super friendly and they always get me in and out. I should probably stop renting from them cause everytime I rent from them I always end up getting the exact car the following year lol my last rental was a Hyundai Sante Fe and I actually enjoyed that car so we will see.”
“Thank you, thank you to Shaun at the Avis in Fairfield, OH!! She literally saved our vacation. We had originally went through another rental company, but they did not have an operable minivan or suv. They didn’t tell us until we were there to pick it up a day before we left.
In a panic, we started calling other rental companies. We struck gold when Shaun at Avis answered our call. She had a 3rd row suv and 15 passenger minivan she put on hold for us (not the minivan we wanted, but at this point we needed a vehicle with 6+ seats and weren’t being picky). We drove straight over and we rented the 3rd row suv. Saving our vacation a day before we left.
Not only was she a life saver, but she is such a hard worker. She was multi-tasking with a smile on her face. She has such a positive attitude. It was such a relief after the stress the other company caused.
We will definitely use Avis again. A huge thank you to Shaun!!! She is an asset to your company!!”
“The checking out process was easy but the checking out was horrible. The representative was doing a great job until she came from behind the counter. Business attire or something more appropriate should have been worn, I did not want to see the representative's belly or backside, other than that, the experience was okay and that's my reasoning for the 4 stars”

“Moe and his staff is great I bought a car from Drivetime that had issues within the first 2 weeks. Moe made me feel relaxed and insured me that the would get me together. He actually listen to my problems and took action to check those problems right away. I have been to a lot of car shops in my lifetime and Auto Arena is actually the best one I’ve been to. The customer service is fantastic. The interaction with the customers that are coming in and out is phenomenal. Watching how Moe interact with the people who’s coming in and out it’s very pleasurable. Auto Arena is great!”
