Pushy sales guy, kept asking how we wanted to pay... refused to show the second car I was looking at with our doing the finance paperwork..
Had cash on hand, or could finance depending on the car. Would not recommend that place.

They sold my wife a Nissan Rouge ask for $2,000 down car broke down she gave them $1000 more to fix it car is still messed up .took the car back now they wont give us money back , i'll be there today it will be a big problem when i arrive .

Not a great experience! I am a single mom of 2 toddlers, worked with United Way (a known agency) to help me with my down payment since I just started a new job! United Way could only pay the down payment with card or check and these people turned me down because we couldn’t do a CASH down payment (with them being non profit) and I honestly feel like this was a discrimination act. At the end of the day MONEY is MONEY and you don’t turn someone away because they’re receiving help!

As of 12.07.2023 I am on my 5th car with Car Connection ✨ They have provided me with excellent service and dependable, nice cars. I am currently in a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV with only 5,000 miles; basically a new vehicle ✨✨ Lucinda took good care of me. It was my neglect of my credit that brought me here BUT GOD didn’t allow me to be neglected, but has given me mercy and favor to have a dependable and very nice vehicle?? Thank you God?? And thank you Car Connection Fairfield ??????

Poor customer service, misleading and overpriced! I ended up going down the street to Automotive Connection where my car is newer payments are lower and they actually report to the credit bureau ( if only I had found Automotive Connection sooner)

Stay FAR AWAY from these people and be sure you get everything in writing and be absolutely sure you read everything. I had a car roughly 3 years ago and made my payments on time every time I’m sure they can look it up! I had moved out of state having dual residency in two states and continuously making my payments and they show up and tow the car saying I wasn’t allowed to take it out of state. I gave them it back and then they proceeded to tell me I’m responsible for the tow across state lines even though my payments were on time they thought I was going to take off with the car like most of the people do I guess? I got a notification today that they put the tow back on my credit report after 3 years. They will not receive one dime of it and they can pound sand for the tow bill I hope this save some honest working class person a PURE HEADACHE DONT FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

They want you to fill out a credit app and get approved and put the car in your insurance before TEST DRIVING!!!!!!!!!! all that before I even know if I like it or runs good.....?
